It’s SCAM
They falsely advised 99% discount that makes u think it’s for a month but it’s only for 3 day and not clearly mentioned. They charge u $65 and won’t refund you .
I deleted my account asked them to charge for a 1 day I used and refund rest and still won’t refund you.

Decent results on circulation and glow… Some moves are hard to get right without the AR help. Overall okay but not mindblowing.

Leider eine Enttäuschung - im Juli hatte ich ein Probeabo bei Mimika abgeschlossen und auch die App heruntergeladen und initialisiert. Da mich die App nicht überzeugt hat, habe ich das Mimika-Abonnement sofort im Juli gekündigt. Trotzdem erfolgte im August eine Abbuchung mit einer höheren Summe, die im September und Oktober wiederholt wurde. Ich kündigte jedes Mal aufs Neue. Die Kündigung erfolgt über einen zugeschickten Link. Es gibt im Laufe des Vorgangs diverse Nachfragen, ob man wirklich kündigen möchte, bis man die tatsächliche Kündigung angezeigt bekommt.
Bei der letzten Nachricht des Anbieters mit dem Kündingungslink ist mir aufgefallen, dass von einem weiteren Abo die Rede war. Man solle überprüfen, ob man ein weiteres Abo bei der Mimika Academy abgeschlossen hätte. In der App war das nicht mehr möglich, weil ich sie schon deinstalliert hatte. Die genaue Überprüfung der Rechnungen zeigte aber, dass die im August bis Oktober ausgestellten Rechnungen sich auf ein Abo in der mimika academy bezogen.
Als ich im August erneut den Hauptdienst kündigte, in der Annahme ich hätte eine Kündigungsfrist übersehen oder etwas anderes sei schief gelaufen, wurde in der Antwort-Mail nichts zu einem weiteren Abo erwähnt. Wann und wo ich das zweite Abo genau abgeschlossen habe, ist mir trotz ausführlicher Erläuterungen des Anbieters immer noch nicht klar. Was ich getestet habe war die Mimika – Facial Yoga App - product by MentalGrowth
CM MentalGrowth LTD, Nicosia, mehr nicht - dachte ich zumindest.

So I actually ended up signing up apparently with this company that goes by multiple names what show showed up on my billing hindsight Aspectica, which has nothing really to do with their mental growth company name that somehow is linked to mimika app.. but they sufficiently lit a fire for me with their lack of integrity, I never received not one message from them not for the $.99 thing that I got or after that it took an act of Congress for me to figure out with my bank who this company was and I finally was able to reach out to them and there was no accountability on their end. They just wanted to make sure that they got their $29.99 while they made it nearly impossible to locate them to even try and cancel anything! So do yourself a favor do not do business with this company any of them anything that’s associated with them clearly they act from a place that is unethical. They even tried to say oh we have a “moneyback guarantee if you contact us with the information we never gave you in a certain period of time, but I’ll you missed that because we didn’t send it to you Catch-22 or unethical business practice. I don’t know stay away from this company. Here’s your warning.

I clicked on an Instagram ad promoting a facial exercise app for men and paid EUR 1 to get access. After the payment, I was sent to a completely different product, a yoga app aimed entirely at women, which had nothing to do with what was advertised.

Days later, I found an extra charge on the same card from “Mimika”, a service I never signed up for, never used and never authorized. The amount was far higher than the EUR 1 I agreed to pay.

This looks like a bait and switch: a cheap, misleading offer used to collect card details, followed by a hidden subscription. Always check your card statement carefully if you ever paid one of these. If you were charged, contact your bank right away to dispute the transaction and block your card.

I do not recommend this company.

Every face is different and this actually treats it that way. Relaxed muscles , better oxygen, small but real changes week by week. Like having a coach at home.

Good for beginners. The coach keeps you on track . I see some glow but not dramatic changes yet. Maybe need more consistency on my end.

finally something that doesnt involve creams or needles. did the quiz and got a plan focused on lifting. after two weeks my cheeks look higher. thank you for making it simple.

Advertising an entirly diffrent app getting you to sub for a Dollar just to be a Yoga app and Charge you 40 bucks a month if you dont find the extremly Hidden cancel way per mail

Tried to charge my card 45.54$!!!! FOR WHAT!!! SCAMMERS

Really unhappy with the way this company work, I was looking at it on line and the next thing I was charged £40:00 and I did not use anything on the site. I’m now trying to stop them taking anymore money but can not get them to answer me.

I signed up for a cheap trial, then had monthly payments taken out of my account. When I complained they refused to refund the subscription. It’s an absolute con. Please don’t waste your money.

Takes like 7 minutes and fits into my routine easily. Muscles feel less tense by evening.No more looking drained after long days at work. Really appreciate the personalised approach.

I struggling to cancel the recurring payment which is been deducted from July 2025, multiple times attempted to cancel and reached customer support, Till now no response

Don't purchase anything. They will try and give you a low cost purchase with a hidden recurring payment that is difficult to cancel.

For 1 year at 17.95 and then you start getting charged 49.99 14 days after then there response is as 👇 they are cheating you! Buyer be aware that it is not just the fact exercises could be waste of time! it is that they secretly sign you into a side contract that you are not aware of and then charge you 50 a month for…then gas light into use separate company bullshit cover they sign you up
With NO warning! Repeat no indication that you will pay 17.95 plus 49.99 per month! Crazy this is not policed more as it is totally fraudulent! …do waste your time with this app!

Mimika Academy is a separate service from Mimika, that requires its own subscription.
Mimika Academy was automatically enabled as part of a special promotional offer. These terms were presented to you before completing your purchase, and by proceeding with the payment, you agreed to them.

As part of this promotion, Mimika Academy included a 14-day free trial. After the trial period expired, the subscription automatically converted to a recurring monthly plan unless you chose to cancel.

Terrible customer service. Signed up for what I thought was a year membership deal for $10. Then 2 weeks after that I get charged $29.99- for what I have zero clue. They refuse to give refunds even when the charge is still pending and I emailed minutes after receiving notice of the charge. Avoid at all costs!

It's a spam. Stay away the don't refund and they charge you every few weeks

Después de cancelar la subscripción, me siguieron cobrando 4 meses hasta que me volví a poner en contacto con ellos y accedieron a devolverme SOLAMENTE el cargo del último mes, no de los anteriores, por lo que me cobraron 90 euros de más y no me los van a devolver porque, según ellos, me había dado de baja de la app, pero no de su programa de Academia, al cual hay que solicitar la baja via e-mail, no vale con darle a cancelar subscripción.

CUIDADO SI TE DAS DE BAJA, que no te sigan cobrando
