Después de cancelar la subscripción, me siguieron cobrando 4 meses hasta que me volví a poner en contacto con ellos y accedieron a devolverme SOLAMENTE el cargo del último mes, no de los anteriores, por lo que me cobraron 90 euros de más y no me los van a devolver porque, según ellos, me había dado de baja de la app, pero no de su programa de Academia, al cual hay que solicitar la baja via e-mail, no vale con darle a cancelar subscripción.

CUIDADO SI TE DAS DE BAJA, que no te sigan cobrando

Signed up for a trial. For a dollar then one day before said trial period was going to e, I went to cancel the subscription and when I did it asked why and gave a few different options to choose from I chose. It's too expensive, because it is. Then it pops up saying they would give me three months for free if I didn't cancel so I kept the subscription assuming I wouldn't be charged for three months, the very next day my card was charged $48 l contacted customer support and they told me that they don't give refunds and that terms and conditions were clearly stated when I signed up for the trial. I said yes however y'all extended my free trial period to three months from a week and I did this before my subscription was supposed to be due (so within the first trial period) so it was a mess up on their end & they're still refusing me to give me my money back.
A waste of $49 that I'II never see you again. 3 months free or not, garbage is beyond an understatement in regards to describing this app. im canceling it as soon as I'm done with this review.
Based off of the customer service or lack there of, I wouldn't keep it if it was free for life. this company is a scam and the way they handle customers is out of line. I guess they would rather have bad publicity then none at all. Just as long as they're getting some apparently.

Been doing the routines every morning for about 10 days now. The AR guidance is nice for making sure your hands are in the right place, but I haven’t really seen much difference in the puffiness or my skin in general.

I was over-charged as the subscription amount was taken twice. I cancelled immediately. This is not worth £25/month. Awaiting full refund and am investigating why and how this happened. Not happy!!!

started using this after seeing my mom do face massage for years. the guided sessions make it way easier to stick with. skin looks less tired and my jawline feels tighter. no fancy tools needed which is perfect.

SCAM ALERT! This app will continue to charge you after going through their full cancellation process. Do not sign up, even to the trial. They will keep charging every month.

Penoso, me suscribí por tres días y me olvidé, cuando me llegó el siguiente recibo borré la cuenta pensando si no hay cuenta no me cobrarán el siguiente mes, necio de mi me llegó la siguiente factura y entonces tuve que escribir un correo para cancelar la subscripción no contento con esto para cancelar la subscripción no sólo sigues el enlace que te envian sinó que hay una segunda verificación por correo que no te la explican en el primer enlace y si no lo acabas te vuelve a llegar el recibo

I am incredibly frustrated with Mimika. I signed up for what I thought was a low-cost, €1 trial, only to be hit with an unauthorized, automatic charge of €39.99shortly after.

The Problems
* Hidden Fees: The company buries their auto-renewal terms deep in the fine print. They count on users not seeing it so they can pull money straight from your account without a clear warning or secondary confirmation.
* Useless Customer Support: When I reached out to demand a refund for this forced subscription, I was met with generic, unhelpful responses. They make the cancellation and refund process intentionally difficult.
* Basic Content: The actual facial yoga exercises are incredibly basic and definitely not worth the premium price tag they force you into paying.

Final Verdict
This app feels less like a wellness tool and more like a financial trap designed to take your money. Do not give them your card details. If you already did, check your bank statement immediately.

Never thought face yoga would do much but here we are. Sharper look around the eyes and less tension headaches… The progress photos help stay motivated.

Complete scam. Do not get involved with this app. Save yourself the stress. They will charge you for a fouble subscription, not give you access to manage it and claim that it was all “clearly” displayed in T&Cs, then refuse to refund something g that you didn’t and couldn’t use. Be warned - do not pay, do not bother with a trial, stay away.

Auténtico TIMO. No se os ocurra hacer ningún test ni entrar en su aplicación, web…Nunca me di de alta ni conscientemente acepte ninguna suscripción y me han cargado en 20 días 70€ un cargo de 39,99 y otro de 29,99. Mucho cuidado. Estoy intentado darme de baja y al final del proceso indican “error” no has podido darte de baja…

App works fine most of the time. Techniques are solid for reducing sagging . Only downside is i wish there were more advanced levels already. Still giving 4 because support answered quick.

After using this one for a while I honestly can’t say I noticed a big improvement. The tracking part is handy, but overall the results just didn’t really live up to what I was hoping for.

It's crap and totally fraudulent. They will fool you with various social media advertisement which eventually lands on same program, which does not work.

They also refuse my refund or money back, even if you cancel the subscription immediately after signing up. Their money-back policy is again a trap. Stay away!!!

PURE SCAM - STAY AWAY!This app is a complete subscription trap. I signed up for a €1 trial on their website. Without any warning, notification, or my consent, they automatically debited €39.99 from my Visa card just 3 days later.To make it worse, there is no option to unsubscribe inside the app, and when you try to delete your account, a message explicitly pops up saying: "We'll keep your subscription." They intentionally trap you so they can keep stealing your money.I have reported them to my bank for fraud and initiated a chargeback. Do not input your card details here!

SCAM DO NOT BUY, If I could give 0 I would. Charge you with hidden subscription and then customer support is no help and will not offer and sort of reimbursement. Stay away!

I am sharing this review to warn other consumers about this company's unfair and potentially unlawful practices.

What happened:

I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a free trial – nothing more. At no point was I informed that I would be automatically enrolled into a paid subscription, nor was I given any prior warning before being charged. To make matters worse, I was double charged for services that were never part of the original offer I agreed to.

Do not buy their trial! They secretly sign you up for two separate subscriptions at once without clear notice. When charged €29.99, their support flatly refused to give a refund. They only returned my money after I filed an official chargeback through my bank. Avoid at all costs!
