joined through an instagram advert that it would be free for a random 40 people, when i continued registering it asked for a £1 so i figured i wasn't chosen for it for free. 3 days later I was charged £40 for a subscription, when I contacted customer service they told me I had paid for a free trial and signed up to a subscription (no where did it say any of this or I wouldn't have done it) I explained to them it was clear from my account I hadn't used the app at all (even when you first logged in it said nothing about it being a trial) yet they still refused to refund me, and they refuse under the 30 day money back guarantee unless you record yourself for 14 days even at that they still might refuse. Absolute scam and horrendous customer service that they get away with because the download isn't through the app store. The 'workouts' are useless with no benefit, follow anastasia beauty fascia on instagram instead, her tutorials are free and actually work

Same as others- they’re deceptive in their billing. Signed up for a one year trial -they slipped in a $30 per month charge for an academy, which is the same thing as the app. They seem to know they’re deceiving people. stay away.

What was a $17.99 yearly subscription sale, became another $50 charged two weeks later. I didn't once use the app but when I opened it to cancel but there was no option to do so. I then called my bank and they removed them for my list of payments and gave a refund for the money taken without approval. They also changed my card details. I recommend you do this if you have also been scammed by a Mimika deal

I signed up in December of 2025. I tried the app for a few weeks. I didn’t see any benefits. On April 8th, through their app, I cancelled my subscription. They kept billing me $29.99 per month through July 2026. I wrote messages in the app for them to stop charging me. They only had an automated reply. I tried several times to reach them. They don’t have a phone number and they don’t respond. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They contested the dispute and the charges resumed. I finally submitted my emails and screenshots to my credit card company. The blocked the merchant. This is fraud. The company is a scam. I will call the Florida Attorney General - Consumer Fraud Division to report them.

Do not allow this app to have access to your information. They will charge you whatever amount of money they want and will make it nearly impossible to cancel.

The worst experience I’ve had. I was hit with hidden fees for services I never accessed. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible—cold, malicious, and completely lacking in empathy or basic service skills. This entire operation feels like a complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

Took money out of my account without consent or warning. The bank had to stop my card to prevent more payments being taken. Do not trust this app.

I bought a AUD 1.00 introductory trial on 14 July 2026 through an Instagram promotion. Three days later, on 17 July, I was charged AUD 69.99.
Here is what they actually sent me. The welcome email of 14 July promises unlimited access and contains no price, no renewal date, no trial terms and no cancellation link. The purchase receipt, no. 2378-0429, shows AUD 1.00 for "Mimika Premium, Jul 14-Jul 17" and makes no mention of AUD 69.99. Between that receipt and the charge, nothing was sent at all. No reminder of any kind.
I requested a refund the same morning the charge appeared and cancelled immediately. Support refused, asking me to prove I had followed the workout plan for 14 consecutive days. They had charged me on day three, so their own billing made that impossible. When I pointed this out, they refused again on a completely different ground, saying only that terms are presented at signup, without producing the disclosure they claim I accepted.
Worth knowing before you sign up: their own refund policy at section 4.7 states that promotional add-on services bill separately and do not appear in the in-app subscription screen. Cancelling what you can see may not cancel everything.
I have lodged a chargeback with my bank and will be reporting this to the ACCC.

I purchased the 1$ plan and they somehow hid the 39$ automatic renewal. Havent even used the app because its straight bs. They dont even want to refund me after i emailed them so rude in emails. DONT BUY THIS

Simple and easy exercises that don't take much effort to do. After a few months there was less puffiness and better awareness of facial muscles.

My son never subscribed and they have conned £25.99 from his go Henry account and refused a refund total scammers I would say! They prior took £35.99 and been impossible to speak to someone about this just responded with rude evasive emails ! Watch out !

Scam took 25.99 then 35 from my teenage sons account!!!! £60 they stole!! He didn't know they would charge him!!! Complete scam!!! Do not use!!!!

Daily routines help me stay consistent and the exercises are easy to follow. Noticed less puffiness over time. My only issue is that the subscription details could be a bit clearer

Started using the app around three months ago. The sessions are short enough to fit into busy mornings and staying consistent has been easy. The face looks a bit less puffy in the mornings and overall it feels like a good habit to keep.

If I could give it a 0 rating I would. Scam!! Even after you buy they give you a 2 week trial to a higher priced subscription. They keep both subscriptions on separate account tabs to confuse you. Once they invoiced me 2 weeks later I emailed them, response was quick but you could tell I was not the first to be scammed as it was set as a general response. No refund and poor customer service. DO NOT GET. You get better free advice from Google and social media sites. Basic facial yoga
