Great company to work with! I was promised my loan would get done on time and it was! Great communication throughout the entire process! Huge thank you to our loan officer Joseph Allen and our processor Christina Caruso! Both took my crazy calls at all hours and guided me through the process and I didn’t make it easy for them and they still got my loan funded. Great job! Made our dream come true!

I have never received a debit card from Quontic after being informed that I would. My daughter, Amy Brunton, helped set up my account a couple of months ago and she received a debit card. I have money to transfer to the Quontic account from my Credit union and would like instructions on how to proceed with the transfer.

Awful; I have perfect credit and lots of liquid assets. Was denied an application for a money market account with no reasons given. When contacting support they were no help, simply telling me to apply again in 6 months. I asked to delete my account and I would go elsewhere, they refused to comply and kept sending me the link to their terms and conditions I agreed to when I applied. I referred to the section that says I can revoke consent after application submission to retain/use any of my information. Round and round. This was all AFTER I had entered my full linked banking information from another institution, that they can retain for 5+ years! Seems like just a scheme to me.

I needed to refinance my home as a result of going through a divorce. I needed to get my home in my name.
Because of the nature of my work, I needed a bank that would really work with me to prove my income.
From the very beginning, Marcello walked me through the loan process, step-by-step. I was so thankful because I felt overwhelmed while going through the divorce.
After the initial step in the loan process, Ray and Patricia took over and guided me. However, Marcello still was there to answer questions if I needed it. This was very important for me.
