Quoted Tech Computers Reviews

Experience was made great this company is amazing everything from the quick responses to the excellent build quality and care taken overall. Will always use Quoted Tech now nobody else.

This company uses only the highest quality parts in their great northern gaming machines. I have the Ryzen 7 9800x3D paired with a OC edition Icey White 5080 on the GIGABYTE X870 AORUS ELITE ICE all white motherboard. We got 64 Gigs of Kingston Fury Remegade DDR5 6400mhz 30CL also White with matching RGB’s. Needless to say with everything installed it’s Icey White with a light cool blue and looks sharp as hell. I give 4 stars instead of 5 due to their system. I am sure if I didn’t change my mind and order multiple upgrades for future proofing that I would have been able to follow the builds progress online. However due to the upgrades all the way up until I received my pc physically did it say “sourcing parts” I sent a couple of emails and got back very basic scripted answers. The owner Kevin hopped in the emails and ensured me everything was fine just the system was not updating and my order would be shipped that day. It was and it arrived when they said it would. All in all it was an easy process picking my parts and understanding the build. The price is fair and the build is really solid. I’ve put it through extensive stress testing and benchmarking and have been nothing but impressed. I would choose Quoted Tech (QT) over dell/alienware or any of the mainstream pre build options. You will get your money’s worth and be very happy in the end.

Since I was planning to build a very powerful system, I was looking for a company that could handle it quickly, reliably, and with proper guarantees.
Before reaching out to Quoted Tech, I did extensive research on companies available in Ontario, and I can confidently say that Quoted Tech perfectly matched my criteria.

It’s been a few months since I received my high-end system.
The team helped me select the perfect components, quickly sourced everything, and were extremely friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the whole process.

After several months of daily use, the system has been rock-solid and a huge help in my work.

Huge thanks to the team for an excellent job!

After decades of console gaming, I finally decided to take the plunge into the world of PC gaming—and I couldn't be happier that I chose Quoted Tech for the transition. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Miranda (who you'll most likely speak with) is an absolute professional—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure you get the right build for your needs.

The team behind the scenes? Straight-up artists. The attention to detail and craftsmanship they put into building these machines is next-level. To give you an idea—my rig has seven fans and yet it’s so quiet, I literally have to check the LED light to confirm it’s even on. That's how well-engineered it is.

Performance-wise, this thing is an absolute beast. I'm running everything on Ultra settings, ray tracing fully enabled, gaming in 4K, and my GPU is sitting comfortably at just 53°C. It’s a powerhouse built to perform, and it doesn’t break a sweat doing it.

Before discovering Quoted Tech, I was seriously considering a prebuilt from Amazon—specifically from Skytech. While those options might be okay for some, when I had ChatGPT compare the components, it was clear that many of the parts were either generic or from unknown brands. Quoted Tech? Only high-end, quality components go into their systems. No compromises.

Let’s not forget their incredible warranty—I believe it's 3 years on parts and 5 years on labor (or vice versa), but either way, it’s a huge peace of mind knowing your investment is protected. Add in their top-tier after-sales support, and you’ve got a winning experience from start to finish.

If you're on the fence—don’t be. Go with Quoted Tech. You’ll get a silent, powerful, meticulously crafted machine, and the support to match. Zero regrets.

Great build quality and customization options. Shipping and packaging was great to avoid damage. Everything was setup correctly and worked well out of the box.

Recently got a computer from Quoted Tech and I'm impressed, The build itself looks clean and the most important part the performance, it is very good. The customer service is great, they reply decently quick and they will answer all the questions you have. Also the site is very easy to use and has some good option for customization. I would 100% recommend to get a PC from them.

Everything was nearly perfected, computer is better then I thought it would perform based on online bench marks. Only down side is the shipping took over a month to get. For that reason I have to give it a 4.5/5. If you want the best computer they offer it, if you want it fast you may be waiting a bit. Other then that, truly loved the build!

I wanted to build a workstation and reached out to Quoted Tech. John answered to every question I had and went above and beyond to provide a great service and keep me updated throughout the quote until the delivery of my custom PC. The build was packaged safely and they provide me with every instruction to set it up. In the end, I was happy with my purchase in Quoted Tech

Wonderful company and employees who truly care about creating the exact computer that you want. I worked with Patrick in sales, Nigel in technical support and Willy who physically built my computer.

Everyone I spoke with was helpful, polite and did not try to up sell me on anything.

Patrick is very laid back, takes the time to explain things and never cut corners on anything. I made many changes during the build and he never made me feel I was a pain. Always more than happy to help. He took many pics of my computer during the building, and what options were available.

Willy and Patrick brought to my attention that the case that I had upgraded to,was white and the cooler was black. I was shown photos of what the pc would look like with either. I chose white and they happily changed it. They could have sent it with the black one and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they didn't. Some people wouldn't care about things like that but some do. It shows that these people who put the pc together, care.

In all of the times I spoke with Patrick, never once, did he rush me off the phone, or leave me with unanswered questions. The computer arrived within the time range I was given as well, no issues there.

In today's world, there is very little excellent customer service. I'm so grateful that I took a chance with this company as I could not be happier. Entire experience with them, was stellar.
I very highly recommend them, give them a try rather than purchasing a run of the mill computer from somewhere else.

I had an issue with my computer and Quoted Tech handled the repair under warranty quickly and efficiently. They were easy to reach and responsive throughout the process. Just a heads-up: the warranty doesn't cover the cost of shipping the device back to them for repair. Overall, very reactive and helpful service.

Appreciated the curated selection, well built machine. My unit shipped within a week, good communication with team end to end, my support request was responded to within hours.

Great choice if you want quality and turnkey experience, they shipped win pro which is a bonus.

Before I purchased my computer Quoted Tech answered my questions even though it was the weekend. Once purchased everything arrived well packaged and was super easy to set up. It is an awesome looking build with the glass door and blue lighting. I love it. It's been performing beautifully and my partner is jealous.

I'd gladly recommend purchasing from Quoted Tech, both for the quality of the product and the equally impressive customer service.

I had a few things I was unsure about when picking some of the parts, and they were very fast to reply in the live chat (and it was clearly a real person who knew what they were talking about who was replying to me). Once I received my order, I needed help with something small and sent them an email, not expecting a reply for 24+ hours as is typical, but to my surprise, I had an email back within 15 minutes that answered my question.

Customer service was quick to respond and had all the answers to the questions I asked. Shipped fairly quickly and amazing quality!

From the time I selected my computer to speaking with a sales rep, my experience with the company was great. My computer was delivered quickly and has been running great. I would definitely purchase a computer from them again.

Very quick delivery. Needed some help setting up and they were terrific giving me a hand over the phone. The PC is exactly what I was looking for and am glad to be supporting a Canadian business.

Easy setup. Fast delivery and excellent computer. Very satisfied with purchase.

I need basic CAD machines, at a fair prices, no whacky gamer stuff. Quoted's got my back.

Quoted has a very simple & effective system for configuring systems -- nicely curated to a good selection, but not overwhelming, and of the 4 systems I've ordered so far, they've all been exactly as hoped, and pricing has been fair. It's taken 2-3 weeks from order to system to system arrival, which I think is quite fair.

While searching for a custom PC builder to put together a system for my new sim racing rig, I came across Quoted Tech ads and realized they were Canadian. I called and spoke to one of their reps and they helped me through the process of deciding how to spec my build. I received it on time and it is everything I hoped for and more! My daughter decided she wanted one of her own so she placed an order as well and is waiting patiently for her new custom PC. I recommend Quoted Tech

Very Helpful ,They know their product, I received my new PC and after setting up the PC was flawless ,performance ,installation of components was perfect. I built my last computer ,and found it was nice that I could rely on Quoted Tech to help me make the correct selection of components. I would highly recommend Quoted Tech .
