Quoted Tech Computers Reviews

Will always recommend Quoted Tech. Great service, follow ups, even after 2 years they checked up to see that my custom built computer was doing ok still. Very happy with the built as well and still using it after 3 years without a problem.

I have ordered a couple of computers, one for my bosses business and one for myself and I have had nothing but good experiences with this company.

They clearly communicated throughout the process and even when I thought something was taking a little longer than usual they responded to my request for information very quickly.

Add on top of that that their pricing is very very competitive when you compare it to custom builders in the same type of market. I would not hesitate to order my next computer from them and highly recommend them to whoever I meet that is looking for a custom build that they don't have to create themselves.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Frontier Ultra! The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was smooth and hassle free. The team at Quoted.Tech was super responsive, open to build changes, and made sure every detail was perfect. The cable management is incredibly clean, and the performance has been outstanding. It’s great to support a Canadian owned business that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing company to work with and have a custom or prebuilt computer! Easy to work with, allowed multiple changes and upgrades after my original order. Prompt to answer any questions and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend QuotedTech for any and all of your computer wants or needs. Its been fantastic working with them for my custom pc order!

I recently purchased a custom-built PC from Quoted Tech, and the experience was outstanding. Miranda and Kevin were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, ensuring I got the perfect build for my needs. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the PC runs flawlessly. Their customer service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Quoted Tech for any computer services or a new custom PC.

Ordered two computers Quoted One Ultra custom PCs for our business and they have been more than capable. We use them for design and rendering in addition to office productivity and they have been exceptionally fast and quiet. Ordering was simple and the machines came ready to go out of the box.

Although my pc arrived past ETA I have to say customer service was 10/10 always got back to me when I had inquired about time of delivery and shipping & 0 complaints about the pc, this is my first pc and it has been phenomenal so far super easy to set up would definitely recommend!

Although my new PC was delivered late due to Black Friday traffic, it works really well and I love it!

I found out about Quoted.Tech from a friend of a friend. Was introduced to the company with one of the employeess. Answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful.

The custom build took a month to arrive due to parts procurement I assume, but well worth the wait. Quite literally a plug and play and performs to the standard of the parts chosen for the build. I really appreciated the GREAT wire management. Amazing packaging of the PC as well to withstand the shipping across Canada. Great prices too!

Will highly recommend this company to friends or anyone that wants to buy a pre-built.

Hello,

When I was out looking for different pc builders, I came across quoted tech in best buy.

The customization options available were really well explained, and helped me research the most ideal parts that suited my budget.

I spoke to support quite a few times with questions regarding parts compatibility and the most suitable parts for my needs and budget. Support was highly responsive and helped me make an informed decision about the most suitable parts for my gaming rig.

What was really quite impressive was how quoted tech discovered that some parts that they ordered were defective such as fans etc and informed me to wait a bit longer for them to get replacements, instead of just shipping out the pc. I've used cyberpowerpc before in the past year and it was quite a horrible experience constantly doing RMA's for parts when the PC was only 4 months old.

Either way, for a Canadian based company with a local office to visit if you ever encounter problems, and the warranty coverage offered they're an exceptional choice for your gaming needs.

So if your in the market for a new custom pc build, I'd recommend quoted tech for your gaming needs.

The main selling point was the awesome support I received and I was a very picky person who kept asking about everything.

Thanks for the awesome work.

The build is good. Not expensive compared to other stores. Assembled very carefully. The case is also nice. Temperature is good, not overheating even with an ultra setting for the most of new games (around 70C).
I ordered a PC on January 22nd. It was delivered on 18th of Feb. It came with instructions and also you can find a video on their Youtube chanel how to do it.
All in all, i'm happy with my purchase.

I recently bought a custom built PC from Quoted Tech. They used the highest quality parts and the build quality is top notch. The shipping was fast and I could track the progress every step of the way. When the PC arrived it was packaged extremely well with no damage from shipping. It booted right up and was ready to go out of the box. Customer service also answered any questions I had very politely and in a timely manner. I highly recommend buying a PC from Quoted Tech. 5 stars.

Michael and the team at Quoted Tech, walked me through my entire build, helped me along the way, and even gave me a good price 😏 Recommend them 100%

Assembly and shipping time was acceptable, quality of build was excellent. I have absolutely no problems with performance, no technical issues or cosmetic damage. Prices were fair and worth it entirely. Overall I appreciate the craftsmanship and transparency, a easily earned five stars.

Very professional, quick responses on costumer support, pretty good ratio of price/performance if you don't want to build your own computer. Good source to buy a pre made pc.

I enjoyed my experience talking with the support team for quote tech it was quite easy to talk to them and explain my questions and I got my answers back really quickly overall really amazing customer support the only issue I had was with delivery but that was not their fault it was Canada Post overall good experience PC runs great too

My dad was generous enough to buy me the Great North Competition for Christmas, which he ordered on December 18. It arrived on January 24 but the wait was more than worth it! The build is absolutely beautiful and was easy to set up, and runs games like Call of Duty and Marvel Rivals like an absolute dream. Could not recommend more.

Purchased on December 16th 2024 from Best Buy. Got the PC two week after (postal issue it seems).
The Wifi was not working properly. I try Best Buy service and Quoted Tech service. After 2 weeks of trial and error, we've reinstalled the WIFI driver and everything is working great !
Excellent service from Quoted Tech and what a PC ! Looking good and awesome specs !

Ordered a custom-made gaming pc from Quoted Tech on Dec 26/24/ Received it on Jan 15, 2025. The computer was well packaged and looks great. Upon starting my system up and setting up windows, I noticed that my Kingston ram was not lighting up. I was able to find a program online that resolved this problem. Quoted Tech were able to provide me with the name of a program that allows me to control the fan lights. I am, so far, very pleased with my custom-built computer. Looking at the entire experience of ordering my computer, I wish I would have been more involved with the built by having the opportunity to discuss whether my selection of parts was what I needed. This is the first time I have ever selected parts that I would like for a build, however, wasn't sure whether they would make a good fit for what I imagined. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and hope that the computer serves me well for many, many years.

After extensive research, I knew I wanted a Quoted Tech PC. I tried twice to order one on BestBuy and ran into order problems. Throughout that process, Quoted Tech reached out to and kept in contact with me. The second time my order was canceled by BestBuy, I phoned Quoted Tech and got Luigi on the phone. Within 5 minutes he agreed to give me the same PC for the same price I would have gotten it on BestBuy, plus he gave me free shipping.

Shipping took time due to Christmas and the postal strike, but I expected that and have zero complaints. My PC arrived extremely well packaged, and it's a beautiful machine!

I'm a gamer. I'm a digital environment administrator. I work from home. This is a beast on all fronts, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Plus their customer service has been top notch.

I will tell everyone who asks me, go to Quoted Tech for your next PC. They have earned a loyal customer.
