I cannot recommend Ken Crawley highly enough. From the very start, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly attentive. I’ll admit I wasn’t always the quickest at getting back to him, but he was patient and consistent in following up with gentle reminders — never pushy, always helpful.

What really stood out to me was his honesty and depth of knowledge. I had already received a quote from another provider, but when I mentioned my situation — spending long periods working abroad — Ken immediately flagged that their policy wouldn’t actually cover me unless I returned to Ireland for medical treatment. That was a dealbreaker for me, and it was only thanks to Ken’s frankness and thoroughness that I realised it. He even pointed me to the exact section in the terms and conditions so I could see it for myself.

He then explained the alternative with Aviva, which not only suited my circumstances far better (covering me while abroad), but also made the process seamless — they even sent a nurse to my home to complete the medical checks. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free.

It was a completely different experience to the other company I dealt with, where despite asking specific questions, I wasn’t given accurate information. Ken, on the other hand, really listened.
