Have both the q600 and the blinds and they work well within the app and home assistant. Needed a little help with support and the WhatsApp support channel was quick and helpful also.

Excellent product
Highly recommended product and seller! A great purchase and a very happy customer!
We have been looking for a smart electric curtain for a while and this one is by far the cheapest we have found for the great quality and price!
The customer service by Quoya was excellent. The delivery was fast and it came within 2 days. It also comes with a contact card where you can Whatsapp them and they instantly send you all the installation videos, very clever!
The installation of the curtain was super easy after watching the videos. No issues connecting the product to the app and my Alexa, it was extremely simple! To be fair the instruction manuals are a bit confusing and dated - my only criticism to this product.

Everything explained clearly on How-to page and quick response customer support(email).
Managed to install the D1 lock under 2-3 email replies.
Very good price.
Could be better to pack with a manual installation guide, or you will miss few key assembling points by usual thinking.

I've had this blind motor for a while…
I've had this blind motor for a while now, it's worked really well. I like the features, specially the schedule one, where I set it to open or close at a time of my choice. Battery life is fantastic, that good that I misplaced the charger for it. I asked the company where I could find another replacement and they sorted me out. Really happy with my purchase ☺️

We have checked the tracking and it was collected. We have now processed a full refund on the QL500 set and the funds will be with you in 3-5 working days.
Superb remote curtain operation - perfect for anyone with limited mobility.
Curtain tracks arrived on time and well packaged. The tracks are brilliant - easy to install, smooth, quiet - just what we wanted.

Good product and great service
Good product, though it was a bit complex putting it together. Eventually discovered that the motor was faulty but the customer service was great and we received a new unit. Nice people to do business with.
