First test result came back invalid and had to email a photo to prove it was acceptable. Just a rip off to get people to do another test.

In response to your reply it’s strange how both myself and my partner completed tests within 5 mins of each other and were both uploaded straight after each other. I find it strange how hers came back accepted straight away and yet mine had to be proven. Yet we followed the guidelines and were both uploaded in the timescale of 15-25mins. We were at that point sat in a hotel room in Luxembourg, wondering how we would get hold of a 2nd test kit to complete another test, as the instructions stated that when I had the invalid result I had to complete another test. It was only after I received the email I was then able to resolve the issues. The fact that we spent £60 in total on 4 test kits that were in fact not required at any border control to me was a complete waste of money. Not to mention the additional stress cause by the above mentioned incident merely left a bitter taste to what was in the whole a fantastic holiday. I will not review or change my 1 star as to be honest you should be happy I give you one star. You only got that because I was unable to give you no stars as I wanted too. As I have stated a service that is merely designed to get money out of people with no valid reason to as tests weren’t required. Another covid rip off that this country had been experiencing over the past 2 years. The biggest scam the world has ever seen.

Delivery was quick. Test was easy to use and the result and certificate were returned very quickly.

Received the antigen test in time and very good customer help email for questions -with quick reply.

The test arrived and was completed with no problems at all. The instructions are easy to understand and when the test was sent off (Along with the picture of it), the results were back within 15 minutes. Great service and will use again.

The parcel firm lost their parcel , I was a bit stressed as I needed it fairly urgent. Their support and correspondence was second to none. Easy once I got the test and no problems uploading. They refunded my postage. Highly recommend them as a choice in fit to fly !!!

With using Qured to travel to Majorca in July 2022 where there were covid checkpoints at Palma Airport it was invaluable to us. Was an easy test to do and upload. In less than 10 minutes we had our certificates and peace of mind to enjoy our holiday. Will use again if need be. Thank you.

really easy from start to finish ordered tests they came the following day and easy to register . once tests were uploaded we got the results in around 10 to 15 minutes i will definately use next time and recommend to family and friends

Easy straightforward process. I had a query so called the number given and problem resolved quickly . Result emailed within 25 minutes to download and view.

Supervised test booked for 10am. Test started a few minutes early and result, with certificate, received within ½ hour of start of test. Couldn't have been quicker. Simple, easy and excellent instructions.

Test arrived in plenty of time ready for my trip , but I then found out I no longer needed it where I was travelling

Paid for fit to fly pcr test, extra payment taken for speedy delivery, the test arrived 4 days later. Lots of phone calls with one agent telling me Royal Mail delivery! It was Amazon, expected date of delivery 1 day after flight! Had to pay a lot of money for emergency pcr test! I would not want anyone to have to go through the stress we endured, and potentially missing flight! Please look at other sites first, there are lots out there, don’t go through what we went through and alot more expense!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!! Oh and they have offered full refund, not hit my bank yet or any email confirmation
