I'm going to rate this five stars even though there was a lot of stress. We opted for the courier service given the time line of the pcr requirement for our flight
The tests were delivered by the courier on time on Saturday morning. We could track him v well. We had requested the courier to return on Sunday to pick up our duly completed test. Again, excellent service.
The courier lodged our pcr test at the lab at 10.50am on Sunday morning.
The courier service method guarantees the results by midnight on the day of the swab test. We waited and waited. At midnight we phoned to check, about our results and again on Monday at 2.00am, 4.00am and 6.00am. Still nothing. The stress levels were through the roof as our flight was on Monday.
What I liked though is that the phone was always answered and someone tried to help. Also the courier company and drivers were awesome.

The issue? Not sure if the lab wasn't open on Sunday( advertised as open 24/7), or not enough staff or....I don't know what really
Any way after a load of calls we made from 7.00am to 10.00am they got our results to us and have even volunteered a refund.

The staff are v polite but the only form of comms between the person at the end of the phone and the lab is via email. This needs to be addressed. This is not fair on the customer or the employee trying to help a frustrated customer. Also be open and transparent. If you aren't open on Sunday, just state that to manage customer expectations and then deliver ASAP to ensure customer isn't stressed like we were.

I had a cruise and a requirement before getting on the ship, was I needed a covid test within 48 of boarding. Heard about this company so ordered one a week before. After about 2 days, I decided to order a 2nd test kit as backup, just as well I did because the 1st one never arrived. When I went to ask for a refund, they said they could not, they would send out again and it would arrive the next day after 1pm. It was so ridiculous because my video call was at 12pm the next day, so impossible to do. When I again asked for a refund, they said to reschedule the video call. All of this was done via email and I will flying the next day. It was so poor, a bad service and if you require a serious service, don't use this online company, I think they are unreliable.

I ordered 2 rapid test kits with plenty of time, and they arrived within a few days. The tests were for my children and it wasn’t clear in the faqs how I would register their tests, but a quick search on the website showed that I just do them under my login. As suggested I registered the kits before doing the tests and after the test was done, it was easy to upload the photos of the negative results. I received the certificates within a few minutes.
Overall a very easy to use service.
