Top notch service! Uploaded test and boom 2 minutes later results in!!

Easy to apply online and good value, compared to some sites. The tests arrived the next day. I was nervous about getting it right, as the Spanish health information was very strict, but the tests were like ones we were used to, just had to write date and time on test strip, and upload results, next to passport picture page, by taking a photo. Took a couple of hours but got certificates back and then health form was complete, so received QR code.

I had to contact the support team 3 times over my mistakes . They were amazing and sorted out my mistakes quickly and efficiently . Used this company twice now and can't reccomend them enough.

Test ordered and arrived within 2 days despite Royal Mail delivery (it was sent for free by Royal Mail 24 due to the postal strikes).

Due to this service, I almost didn't make my flight back to the U.S.

First, although I paid for express shipping, the package arrived 1 day later than stated (when I was still in the U.S.). I was to depart for the airport the next morning, so this was too close for comfort. Then the lone good news was that when i was ready to test the night before I flew back, the observer was on time and gave clear instructions. Then it was downhill from there. The test results did not show up for hours. I called both U.S. and U.K. support and got no answer. I emailed. No response. Finally they came, but there was no QR code.The kicker was when I tried to upload the results to Verifly, the message said I needed a QR code, even though I was using the manual upload option that supposedly did not require one. Again, no response from QURED support. Thus I could not check in online. When I got to the airport, the queue was hours long and the airline cancelled my reservation. I consider this service was money wasted.

Fab service, cost effective and simple

Very easy, very straight forward and a quick response. Will definitely use again.

This will be our 3rd time using Qured this year, it is very easy to order the kits, book your supervised tests.
The kits are delivered very quickly and on the test day the process is very easy to use and the testers are very friendly and effificient.
The certificates were emailed to us within an hour.

Absolutely terrible would not order off you ever again, ordered a test 2 weeks ago, still NOT received it, customer service was awful and not very helpful at all

Waist of time and money, paid extra for expedited delivery, only to receive a text 2 days later to say the tests will be delivered 13 days later ! Not sure what’s expedited about that can post parcels myself for £5 and be there 2 days later,
P poor service, wouldn’t recommend to anyone and definitely won’t be using again, refund apparently issued but still not received

2 of us travelling unvaccinated. Used qured for a rapid antigen test. We took the the test at 9pm and had results on certificate within 40 minutes. Accepted for Spanish health form and we arrived on holiday! Defo recommend.

A very simple stress free test and also very reasonably priced, although one of our certs had the incorrect DOB on it (our error) An email and a swift reply from Ruby, who then updated the certificate and returned it in minutes. 👏 👏

Delivery time on the 5th day but still all good

Honestly I wasn’t sure about how everything was going to turn out or whether I was ordering the correct covid kit for travelling abroad. However everything went very smoothly, my item was delivered within 2-3 days and qured sent emails on the process and step by step information that was easy to understand and follow. This was one of the cheeper kits on the market, and no body that I knew had used qured prior, so I was worried that it would not come in time for my holiday and would not work. But it all worked out and I’m in Spain right now. To obtain your certificate was a very simple process too, I just had to upload my test results and ID to the portal which they explain how to set up to register your kit and within a few hours I had my certificate document. I would definitely use again 😊.
