Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I spoke with a lady called Ruby and she provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

I ordered an antigen kit which enables me to travel to Spain. Arrived within a couple of days. On day of test, it was very straightforward. I received my certificate within the next 30 minutes. I then uploaded this onto the Spanish form and then obtained a QR code. All completed within around 120 mins. I already have a 2nd kit for my next trip.

Very helpful I had a bit of trouble with uploading my picture the staff was very helpful made me feel confident there was nothing to worry about definitely would recommend to anyone

Ordered, the tests didn't arrive at all and now the customer service team have vanished off the face of the earth when I have requested a refund over a month ago.

Ordered the antigen rapid tests for entry into Spain. Had to select 3-5 working days as being delivered to Northern Ireland. Tests came within 3 days. Once uploaded-cerificates came back within 15 minutes. Brillant service-highly recommend! Once we arrived at Spain they asked for a QR code which this certificate doesn’t have. It’s no problem, they read the certificate and accept you through.

Changed labs after submitting first test -so had to redo -was worried I would not get results on time but thankfully I did. Support from team was very good.

Late Delivery
The test kit I have ordered for travel was late in delivery, I have to pay extra for another lab as a contingency.
When I asked a refund from Qured, they only provide partial refund and I have to pay for the postage.
I should have choose another lab, it costed me more than it should be

I was flying abroad and needed a test as not COVID vaccinated. The test arrived on time, very easy to do and results and certificate within the hour. Just the kind of service you need on a time scale.

A friend told me about Qured and I am glad they did. They were helpful and easy to use. I was very stressed out about doing the test for travellining to Spain but it was all fine and easy plus not expensive.

Very easy process extreamly helpful staff to speak to on the help centre and the adviser that supervised us. The app is clunky as it wouldn't let me sign in then linked itself to my emails after uninstalling and reinstalling a few times it worked again. Would definitely use this company again.

Ordering, delivery, test information, submitting tests and getting results all went smoothly. Happy with service.
Two points for future customer satisfaction.
1. I visited the site a couple of times to do comparisons etc. Even after submitting our tests I was still getting reminders that I had tests in my basket to complete orders.
2. Perhaps you could make more clear the actual test times to be submitted i.e. time test taken or time test submitted.

I was so worried about this test but should not have stressed. Fantastic company fantastic customer service. I did have a problem uploading the photo but after speaking to a lovely lady and sending an email my problem was rectified in 5 minutes and I received my fit to fly certificate in less than 10 minutes. Husband uploaded his after mine without any problems at all. Do not hesitate to use this company and please do not take any notice of any negative reviews as the lovely staff at Qured will always help and offer assistance if and when needed. Thank you to the team at Qured for all your professional help!!
