Excellent service from start to finish test arrived next day had a problem downloading the test certificate myself.I rang up and they sorted it out for me straight away.

Dubious at first but rang up and was explained what to do i did the normal way not the video tests and it was so easy , at the time of the test write the test time/date i.e 10am then wait 15 minutes for the results and not before the 15 minutes i.e 10.15 then send the results within 10 minutes so before 10.25 via the app the results came within 30 minutes. overall easier than i was expecting

One of our tests did not come back within the 2hr period, not even within a 12 hour period which caused significant stress the morning of travel. It ruined our morning and our first ever family flight, and only was resolved following my calling and demanded it be pushed through. After that, and generally good service but the initial error was unacceptable.

my first test was supposedly delivered it wasnt phone qured who said they would phone me back they did withing 10 min to tell me they would sent me a new test by royal mail guaranteed to be there before 1pm the next day test arrive at 10 30 am no hassle and a grat service from qured

It was easy to purchase the tests. I didn’t received the email of dispatch but once contacted the customer services the agent was quick and provided tracking link.
Results came in minutes. So happy customer here.

I could not upload a picture of the test...BUT I was able to contact an actual person instantly, no long delay, and he explained how to email the image. All fine. Process simple. Negative test issued. Fully recommended.
