Fantastic, received 5 the next day, registered them ready,then 24hrs before,did the test,uploaded next to passport and got certificate within 5 mins, very impressed

Booking the tests was simple and the test kit arrived the next day. Taking the test, with the help of the person on the medical team was simple, and the results came back within 20 minutes.
All in all, a very smooth process.

Ordering the test was quick and easy, taking the test was very simple and the certificate came in no time at all. However I never got asked to produce certificate at the Spanish airport so i did waste my money but it was only £9. Overall I was impressed and got the sake of £9

Extremely bad company. Package didn’t come for my Covid-19 test. Customer service has bothered to rectify my experience or issue me a refund.

Have done many self tests but this was a first for a video observed test so we were a little anxious. Absolutely no need to be as the process was simple and effective. Whilst the appointment was only 5 minutes in no way were rushed. KM was a great observer and guide.

The tests arrived promptly and the instructions were very clear. Having completed the test and submitted it the e mail was received within 5 minutes confirming I was "Fit to Fly". Excellent service and would definitely recommend it.

We ordered 2 tests for insurance purposes to prove we were positive and could not travel . Tests arrived as promised next day , it’s easy to take the tests and to upload the picture of the results via the Qured Website
Be aware you only get 10mins to upload your test so be ready as soon as you get the result. We received confirmation back almost immediately.
Staff were efficient sending medical docs through immediately when asked.

Really easy service. Take your test, wait 15 minutes, photograph your test next to your ID, then upload to their website via your profile page. It could be a little tricky if you're not very IT literate though, so make sure you have everything ready when you're doing it.

Noticed a few negative comments but if you follow the instructions correctly to a T you shouldn’t have any issues! Some people are just incompetent lol.

I travelled to Spain on 1st October and need it a flow test. Qured were very fast delivering the tests and the certificates came in within minutes. Very satisfied with the service.

Straightforward enough, but uploading result within 10 minutes was frantic for me. I am not a teenager and not so used to using my tablet for this sort of thing.
Please give us a bit more time ..and explain that when I press upload test result button that I will be able to take a picture directly - I had taken a picture and uploaded through a different way - anyway with all the pop ups I needed more than 10 minutes.
