We were pleasantly surprised that testing ourselves for Covid on camera with the laptop computer proved to be a straightforward experience. The on-camera operator who guided us through the tests was calm, helpful and reassuring. Certificates were emailed back to us a few minutes later and we just printed them out. All good.

Nurse Editha from First Response was terrific - she sent a WhatsApp text advising me she was on the way to the hotel. She was quick, professional and very friendly. I would certainly recommend this service to anyone who needs to take a PCR test on arrival here.

Everything was straight forward doing the lateral flow test. Easy to up load and results in 30 mins. Would recommend.

I never got my test which I ordered 5 days before my holiday. When I queried the test whereabouts 3 days later they said I had selected standard delivery which was 5 days. What I remember seeing is 1-2 days delivery which would have been fine. If I had seen 5 days I would not have bothered. Never came and I had to book in with another company to have in person costing me £25 on top of what I have paid to Qured. Would definitely not recommend Qured. Emails requesting a refund have been completely ignored.

Excellent. Quick postage, delivery, very straight forward instructions and we’ve had our results within an hour- even on a Sunday. We’ll be buying again if we ever need too.

I’ve used Qured twice now for antigen tests and I would highly recommend. Easy enough to use and Test results have come back within 15 mins during opening times each time!

They sent you a medical certificate for you to download easily.

So disappointed with this service!! Been lied to twice by Lawrence okho !! First he told me my tests had been delivered but when speaking to another colleague she told me that they had not even attempted to deliver my tests then he said he would send new tests out which I will receive buy 1pm the next day and guess what they did not arrive !! I’m going on holiday in 5 days and have been waiting over two weeks now for these tests to arrive, definitely would not recommend this company!!

Absolutely delighted with the service. The test kit was delivered by Royal mail to Qured around afternoon on the day before I needed to fly. I called the customer service number and requested them to expedite. They kindly acknowledged the urgency and helped me with a quick service. I got the results emailed to me in about 5 to 6 hours from when the kit was delivered to them. Would use Qured again and definitely recommend to others.

My wife and I had our COVID tests today. The service was excellent and the consultant very professional and helpful, Results came promptly and were supported by email confirmation. Would certainly use again.
