I was a little hesitant about buying a refurbished phone at first, but I decided to give it a chance, and I'm really glad I did. The phone arrived in excellent condition and looked practically brand new. After using my iPhone 16 for the past nine days, everything has been working perfectly without any issues. The delivery was also impressively fast—I placed my order at around 11 on Monday, and it was delivered by midday on Wednesday. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

I’m very pleased with the price I paid for my Galaxy S24 Ultra. It arrived with a complimentary screen protector and charging cable, which was a thoughtful bonus. The phone was packaged with great care, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition without any damage during shipping. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and satisfying.

Some confusion over which company was delivering the phone, but yet again QwikFone delivered a phone without a scratch and in full working order. This is the second reconditioned phone I have bought from them and would not hesitate to do so again

I took one star off because there was no phone line available when I wanted to speak directly to you.
I took the second star off because delivery took a fortnight.
I was tempted to delete third star because messages I received were out of sync - eg I received messages from you that my phone had been despatched but Royal Mail mdd ed sages that they had not received it.

Really happy with my purchase! I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro 512GB, and this is the third phone my family has bought from Qwikfone. Each device we've received has arrived in excellent condition and has matched the description. The phone looks almost like new, and it has been working great so far. The free accessories were a nice bonus, and the price offered good value compared with buying a brand-new device. Overall, I've had consistently positive experiences and would happily buy from them again.

Not the 1st time I've bought from QF and once again they didn't disappoint. Every phone I've ordered has been super, arrived quickly and worked perfectly. Always a pleasure.

I made the mistake of ignoring the recent negative reviews, thinking people were exaggerating or that they’d just been unlucky. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Looking back now, I wish I’d listened because my experience has been nothing short of appalling.

The phone I received turned out to be a Chinese-market model with features missing that are available on the UK version, including Apple Intelligence. At no point did I feel this was made clear before I bought it. In my opinion, if a phone is missing major features compared with the UK model, that is something customers deserve to know before handing over hundreds of pounds.

What makes it even worse is that this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. There are other recent reviews from people raising the same issue, yet the company still acts as though they have no idea what you’re talking about. I simply don’t believe that’s credible when the same complaint keeps appearing.

Their attempt to resolve the situation was downright insulting. After I’d spent over £600 on a phone that, in my view, lost a huge amount of its value because it wasn’t the UK model I believed I was buying, they offered me a poxy £10 to keep it. £10. That’s not customer service—it’s an attempt to make a serious problem disappear for the price of a takeaway.

Delivery also took far longer than expected, communication was dreadful, and once they had my money they seemed far more interested in avoiding the issue than actually fixing it.

If you’re reading the reviews before buying, don’t make the same mistake I did by dismissing them. The recent reviews paint a picture for a reason. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust this company with another penny. There are plenty of reputable sellers out there—buy from one of them instead and save yourself the frustration, wasted time and disappointment.

Nice product, but there was a delay in delivery. The phone was beautiful okay, What a great app I love it.

Easy to find what you want and order it (this was the second phone I've bought recently). Same as before, good quality, slow delivery. Frustrating, especially when you consider the name. Not so quick phone but if you don't mind the 10 day wait, then no reason not to consider this outlet.

Unfortunately my experience with QwikFone was much more stressful than it needed to be.

On the positive side, whenever I contacted customer services I did receive timely responses, and the phone I eventually received is in excellent condition and exactly as described.

However, the overall process was frustrating from start to finish. My original order was cancelled, and I was given conflicting explanations as to why. A replacement order was arranged, and I was promised regular updates, but I repeatedly had to chase for information instead.

The parcel then appeared not to move for a couple of weeks. The delay was attributed to the heatwave, but after contacting Royal Mail directly, they confirmed they had never actually received the parcel and advised that QwikFone would need to submit a lost item claim if it didn’t arrive. When I relayed this back to QwikFone, the phone was dispatched later that same day. That may have been entirely coincidental, but it left me with very little confidence that I had been given accurate information throughout the process.

From placing my original order to finally receiving the phone took around three weeks and several emails to resolve.

I do believe QwikFone is a legitimate company, and the refurbished phone itself is excellent. However, based on my own experience, the communication, inconsistent explanations and overall lack of transparency made the process far more stressful than it should have been. Personally, despite being happy with the phone, I wouldn’t choose to order from them again.

I bought a phone from them to discover it was from China not the U.K.
Do not buy phones from quikfone (Gadet-store on Amazon) they say they are selling UK phones but they are getting their phones from China! The Chinese phones are cheaper and have many less features (no eSIM, missing iMessage features, don’t pick up 5G, no Apple Intelligence, no U.K. warrantee and the list goes on. They know it and they don’t disclose it especially on Amazon. Amazon offered no help at all. Their customer service is awful too. Avoid, avoid!

I do not recommend QwikFone based on my experience. I ordered an iPhone 12 days ago, but I still have not received it. The tracking information only showed that a shipping label was created, with no evidence that the parcel had been handed over to Royal Mail for several days. Communication has been disappointing, and I have not been given a clear delivery date. If you need your phone quickly or expect regular updates, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I ordered a phone and its still not arrived after almost 2 weeks.

The phone arrived sooner than predicted. It is like new but at a much better price. 4th time ive used QwikFone for myself and family and as previously, just great service. What's not to love about that!

Excellent service. Bought a refurbished IPhone 8 a few years ago from QwikFone and never had any issues. I wanted to update so I bought a refurbished IPhone 16 from them. It was in excellent condition. Came with a charging cable, case and scratch cover. I would thoroughly recommend QwikFone they offer great quality, great service and reliable phones.

Fantastic quality, i was so surprised with the 100% battery health, free screen protector, phone case and fast charger! absolutely amazing and speedy delivery too. 10/10
