Said whiskey bottle on site. End up with an empty bottle no whiskey

ZERO stars! Worst company I have ever purchased through. Have been emailing back and forth for weeks now with no resolution. Trying to send back the crap they sent me. Terrible customer service

BEWARE of this company. I feel I was mislead as to the quality of the 3 items I purchased. You can tell they are made from IA. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Total rip off. They don't communicate when asked questions regarding your order. They simply ghost you.

I did not receive the product I ordered. It was completely different. When I tried contacting them, i have not received a response back.

If I could give zero stars I would. The whiskey decanters I received were so pathetic. They were such low quality, so much so the lettering on one decanter wasn't even straight. Something you would find in the dollar store. I ordered in October for Christmas and didn't receive until January. I would not give such poor quality gifts as a present. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Buyer Beware. Worst experience. The picture of the product is not what you get. I received it 10 days late, its not glass, its super tiny and looks nothing like the advertisement. Its a cheap 25 cent plastic bottle with a typed up sticker that is not authentic ans was crooked. Absolute junk bit its China so why am I not surprised. I wish I could upload photos so everyone could see how horrible tbis product is and they charged me $53.32. I filed a complaint with PayPal submitted my evidence and they agreed, refunded my money.

This company is nothing but a SCAM . Placed order way before needing it an received it 3 months later . What I received looks nothing like what ordered VERY disappointed. Have tried getting a refund , just getting the same response. No help at all . Avoid this company at any cost .

The product eventually received was well below expectations. The advertising was a little misleading, the label said Blanton's - The original single barrel bourbon whiskey - and clearly shows liquid in the bottle - the product received was empty and the top was missing, noting it was the top that helped with choice between the various bottles on sale. Secondly despite paying for faster delivery and with date indicated being within the timeframe I wanted, it came months later missing the birthday it was for. The product as received is not worth the price paid.

I received the two items I ordered. I ordered early but the items were delivered after Christmas. 🫤 The items I received were not as represented on the website. The glasses look like candle holders with a sticker slapped on them. They did not come in a gift box as described on the website. I emailed customer service and sent photos as requested but received no follow up. I do not recommend this company or their products

I ordered in November. They arrived 12/31/25. Nothing about the items ordered was as pictured. I’ve emailed multiple times about returning them for a refund, but of course, they’re saying that there will be some little differences because they’re “custom made”. They arrived with a sticker slapped on them-not made out of a bottle as advertised. The tops don’t fit at all, the stickers have bubbles in them. They’re just cheap crap sold at a high price, and I can’t get a refund. I will never order from these people again.

If only I could give a minus star.

When it did, what a disappointment. It arrived EMPTY, CRACKED AND THE LABEL WRINKLED.

The picture on the website of what I ordered looked nothing like what I received absolutely nothing like it. Although the company responded when I sent an email inquiring about the delivery date, and they responded promptly and have been very informative on that issue, when I got the product, it looks nothing like what I ordered. It actually looks much smaller and looks very cheap and it’s actually ugly. Unfortunately, I ordered two of them. One for my son and my husband.

I ordered the Indian motorcycle decanter, what I received is not the Indian motorcycle. These are pricey, take awhile to get and then I got the wrong one! Not happy with this at all.

Product as received looked nothing like that shown on the website. It also came with no gift box, unlike the one shown. The image painted on the glass was of poor quality and did not look like it would last long. Multiple attempts to contact customer service received no response.

I ordered Advent calendars, in October, and they were delivered to my Town's City Hall, on December 15th. And I only got one of the seven that I ordered. It's mind-boggling how bad this place sucks. It's not even a place, it's not even people, there is no support, there is no help. Do not order anything from this place unless you like giving your money away.

Total BS and there is nothing I can do except hope a chargeback happens

The product was not as advertised, poor quality, and arrived late. I paid extra for speedy shipping, and it still took 2 months to arrive. No longer needed at that point. Cheap crap from China. Steer clear!!!

Product arrived very late and the product is vastly overpriced. The item is worth no more than £5. It looks nothing like what was advertised. Totally misleading, no response to multiple messages to the seller. Steer well clear of this lot.

Communication with the company has been spotty and suspect, with lack of details and vagueness. Ordered item in early October, was supposedly shipped in early November. It is now early December with no resolve. Would recommend avoiding the company.

The product did not meet my expectations. There was no writing on the bottle to tell me this was the championship momento for 2025. The bottle cap does not resemble the crown royal cap I saw in the picture or the crown royal cap.
