RACKERMAN LIMITED Reviews

Easy to order, quick and prompt delivery

Great to deal with, had 11sqm of kiln dried pallet wood delivered directly to site as fast as anything. Kept in communication at all points. Will 100% be using again

Found company via facebook. Answered my questions swiftly. Delivered exactly what I ordered. Very happy.

Really happy with quality of wood ordered and really well priced. Delivery was really quick as well. Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!

My experience with Rackerman has been excellent from the very beginning. I first got in touch via Marketplace with Connor, who was extremely helpful and responsive, providing clear and professional information and guiding me through the initial enquiry.

From there, Seb also became involved and both of them were consistently supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was clear, detailed, and professional at every stage, from pricing and specifications through to confirming that everything had been received. Their level of care and follow-up really stood out.

The product itself fully meets my requirements and expectations. I had compared prices with several other suppliers, and Rackerman offered a very reasonable price for the quality provided. The build quality is excellent and exactly as described.

Overall, a highly professional company with great customer service and high-quality products. A big thank you to both Connor and Seb — I would happily recommend Rackerman and will definitely use them again.

Quick delivery . Excellent service

ordered some column radiators, just as described and arrived within 2 days of being shipped. good communication throughout

Asked for 4 specific cut lengths. Arrived late (DX at fault) two lengths wrong depth and one length not cut (had to do this onsite in a kitchen, less than ideal job).

Top professional reliable and decent price what else can I say aside from highly recommended communication very good

Great for what your paying for I highly recommend to other buyers out there

Really good experience with Rackerman.
Would highly recommend

All my communication was via Facebook messenger. My query relating to oak kitchen worktops was dealt with efficiently, quote sent, price agreed, and invoice/paymen processed via PayPal.

My goods (two large oak worktops) arrived about 8 days later.

I had no cause for concern, and the worktops were packaged really well including plastic corner protectors.

Upon inspection, the worktops are cut well (they were cut to my own specification and offcuts included in the delivery) and there are no flaws.

I am very happy with my purchase.

I had some initial concerns over the legitimacy of the company, but that's because I've been scammed before and thre are plenty of conmen on Facebook, but my concerns were unfounded. The team including my contact Connor were very helpful and gave me reassurance when I posed some questions.

Seb was responsive and helpful from start to finish. Great service and the crates were delivered wrapped and ready to use to our door. Would use again
