Horrendous experience and shocking customer support, we placed an order on the 1st August, received damaged 2 weeks later and they dismissively say its in hand and they will get a replacement out. Its now the 5th September and no radiator.
Avoid using them. Pay a little more and get a better experience and quality

Was asked for a confirmation that I really wanted them 1 week after ordering (total waste of time - I did deliberately place the order). One month after ordering still haven't received the radiators. Keep being given inaccurate timescales and have had to chase with multiple emails for a straight answer. Have just been told it will be another month at least before I get them. Seem super unreliable so far, hopefully I do get the radiators in the end.

Great product which has seriously increased the temperature in my sons room. The price was very competitive and the customer service i received was second to none.

I have used Radiators.co.uk a number of times over the last 2 years, as I have been completing renovations at home. The website is easy to use, with a wide variety of products and reasonable prices. If you do need any assistance, you can actually call them which is an added bonus. They where are able to answer my technical queries and confirm stock availability very quickly when I placed my last order in December 2024.

Purchased a specific radiator to match existing in the house, great price and fast delivery, however when it arrived, it was well packed but cosmetically damaged. Issue was , I only discovered this a week after delivery when the plumber unwrapped it. I assumed I would have a problem but the customer services manager Lee was fantastic. The item had gone end of life but he went above and beyond to help me get a replacement. Brilliant service, thank you

You keep chasing me for a review but I cannot give one as the radiator has not yet arrived.

Your system shows my order status as completed but you were totally unaware that you had a system problem when I raised this with you.

I have had bad experiences with ordering radiators in the past; however. this delivery driver was extremely careful and my order was in prime condition. Thank you.

I ordered a TowelRads Curved Towel Radiator - it was delivered fast, and delivery communication was good. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Radiators.co.uk, the radiator was very slightly damaged. I contacted the Company and spoke to Reece - he was very pleasant on the phone, and asked me to email an image of the radiator damage to him. He managed the situation immediately, and to my pleasant surprise a new (perfect) radiator was delivered the very next day. Brilliant customer service, competitive prices, easy to use website and a happy customer. Would definitely use again, and thank you to Reece for sorting the problem so promptly and efficiently.

I ordered 3 radiators and by the time my plumber arrived about 2 months later, realized 1 was the wrong size. As the radiator was unopened, the internet manager Lee Cooper arranged for me to return the unit locally and has now issued a full refund. Very pleased.

Took 5 days to be informed that the size I ordered was no longer available. 6 days after that I am still waiting to receive an alternative size.

So, if you like to wait ages and not have any idea what's going on this is the company for you!

The radiator arrived within the specified timescale and my query regarding anticipated delivery date was answered quickly.

I’m editing this first paragraph after viewing other reviews post to this one and I’ve seen many comments on bad communication and false delivery data which is totally my experience so either listen to this or go ahead and order at your own risk of disappoint

I ordered a single lock shield with 10 mm pipe connection including drain off valve . With a shipping cost of £9.99 being more than what the part cost I understood this . But needed the part so went with the order . Called a week later as no sign of the part and was apologised and assured it would be with me within 5 days . Yet again no sign of it once again and no communication updating me . I called to see what’s happening . I was asked for my contact number to receive a call back and I received no call back . Had to let my customer down twice now .Avoid this company

Just bought 3 rads. Excellent advice when first contacted lots of info and advice given.
costomer service was very good. Good communication throughout. I’ll defo use again and would recommend.

Had the imperial sized radiator at a great price and delivery was better than other places i tried.
Delivery came on the date agreed ,

I ordered a Stelrad radiator over a week ago. They took my money promptly (of course) but then I heard nothing at all from them - no information as to a delivery date, nothing. I rang earlier this week and was told delivery was scheduled for today but no confirmation of any type. Today I rang to chase and was eventually emailed telling me that "they don’t have the stock which was due into the branch yesterday." They are now estimating mid-April. A waste of time and space made worse by poor communication (i.e. none) - avoid this company.

Firstly I thought their website was very clear and well designed. Secondly their customer service was really friendly and helpful. They helped with all my questions by email very quickly and professionally.

The radiator was delivered on time and earlier than expected although the communication needs to be one the same pace. But when I called them, the customer service team was very helpful and it was easy to get through.

Having had Purmo Slieve radiators installed in an extension five years ago we have gradually been replacing the rest of our radiators with them as we redecorate the remaining rooms in the house. It is becoming more difficult to find companies that can supply them but Radiators.co.uk have a wide selection of makes and models and were very competitive on price. They stated that the lead time would be 14-21 days and that is exactly what it was. Excellent service!
