Purchased four yo-yo desks from here for office.
Customer support was great, goods arrived very quickly and were fantastic quality.

The initial service was very good, but finalisation of the order was not well communicated with delays not explained nor notified.

Excellent experience with Radius office. Much more competitive price on the desk I wanted, plus great customer service and speedy, tracked delivery.

Great product, friendly helpful and tasteful advice, proffessionally installed to high standard and no noise, they did it when they said they would.

When we started our new home office project, we sent an email. Quickly Richard from the sales team contacted us, to understand our needs and get to know more about the project, so he could advise us in the right direction. The team are professional, without "pushing for a sale". They really understood our budget & timelines and did what they could to work with us. I've had a standing desk for about 14 months now (excellent quality & delivery was so quick) and today there seemed to be an issue with the motor. I dealt with Jessica who did some troubleshooting with me but didn't work. Jessica was liaising with the manufacturer all morning for me and within 3 hours had a new part ordered to be sent out to me. Keep up the good work guys, your response times are amazing and staff are even better!

Ordered a home office desk set up from Radius before Christmas 2021 for delivery in mid January. The Sales team were excellent and provided a number of solutions and styles to fit the area that I had. From ordering to delivery the Sales and Dispatch teams were very helpful and everything was delivered on time. A special mention to the the two fitters who were superb.

High quality product. Installed without too much fuss. Any minor issues that arose were addressed quickly. After service follow up from supplier also took place

I had a longer than expected wait for a delivery due to Xmas rush. Contacted the customer service team by email and had a prompt reply, saying they would look into it. Within a few hours they had tracked my order through the carrier and it was delivered. This was an excellent service and I will definitely order from them again.

The communication with the Sales Administrator (Emma) was top notch.

The order arrived undamaged, and the assembly of the office chair itself was quite straight forward.


Only possible ‘issue’ could be in relation to the difference in the expected delivery time on the website and the actual one. In my case the office chair I ordered was supposed to have a lead time of 3-6 working days (at least such was specified on the website), but later turned out to be longer. However, I was informed about that extended lead time the next day after I made my order; was proposed an alternative (similar) office chair; or option to cancel the order.
Perhaps, it would be good (prior to making the order) to contact with the Radius Office to confirm the actual expected lead time, so as to avoid the above specified ‘issue’.

For me personally it was not much of an ‘issue’, especially as the company was being honest about it, and I was contacted and updated on it very quickly.
