Small issue with my DCI card…
Just had to call about a very small issue with my DCI card. Myfanwy was extremely helpful in resolving this for me. One thing that is very rare these days is, as I called out the long number on my card in increments of four digits she repeated them back to me each time. That way I only had to go through this once. Well done and I highly recommend DCI

DISGRACEFUL DCI
As previously reviewed, DCI cancelled our Fuel Cards and closed our account. Despite that, they continue to send Account Review Fee invoices seemingly for Debits unpaid for an account which is completely clear. Talking to them seems to be a waste of time and their arrogant agents dismiss you even though they will tell you, you do not owe anything but claim that the Account Review Fee invoices are automatically produced, for debits that should not be attempted. Is there any intelligent person working for DCI that values customers or do they feel they are so big that they can just trample on people and to hell with customer care
