I had issues with my fuel cards which was a technical issue and I was dealing with a lady ( Ciara) who was of excellent help solved my problem in minutes. She is a pleasure to deal with and so professional.

DCI is a robbery company, they over charge all the time, at the pump was 1.75, they charged 1.89 even 2.21... card maintenance fees, I had cards with them, not any more.
better to go with petrol station cards, no extra costs

I was charged €60 fee for a €49 direct debit that did not go through. When the direct debit did not go through I was sent an email with a link for the payment and I made the payment promptly. My bank charged me €10 for the failed direct debit. I called raduis to inquire about the €60 fee as I was not aware that they charge me for the missed direct debit and I thought it was unreasonable as the €60 fee is €11 more than the amount I was supposed to pay, that is a whooping 122% more than the original fee!! If the bank could charge me €10 why should they charge me €60? that is too commercially agressive and profit-focused to the detriment of customers in these diffucult times !!
