Beware that with the DCI one card they increase there prices each week and they expect you to ring them EACH WEEK to request a reduction. If not, the price will creep up. Found out the hard way last week when the charge was €2.38 per litre incl of VAT. Also, the message sent each week quotes the price excluding VAT so the final price is plus another 23%!! Don't get burnt as they is how they make the money and of course promise you when you sign up that this wont happen. No recourse when complained to DCI customer service.

Held a company account with Radius for 3 years with 20 users. We also hold accounts with other companies. Radius pricing was always miles off their competitors, so we took the decision to cancel the account as it was rarely used.
Radius made the account closing process very cumbersome and difficult. We were due a refund, so they added bogus hidden charges to try to claw back they amount they were due to pay. Poor response to email and phone communication to get the issue rectified.
Finally get it sorted and 1 week afterwards we get an invoice for a 'Account Review Fee'.
Poor customer service and unbecoming behavior for a company of this size, obviously they don't like to close accounts!

An absolute delight to deal with, very pleasant and lovely to deal with but also fantastically efficient, listened, asked what she needed to know and has the issue sorted immediately, and then offered to set it up so i wouldnt have this issue again, fantastic service provided by her
