Beautiful shoes
Beautiful shoes, really bright blue and very comfortable. Well constructed with no stitches missing or coming away. Mid size heel is the perfect height and managed to keep them on for a full night out.
Delivery was super fast (next day delivery) and arrived well presented in box

I think it's a scam
I think it's a scam. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, they've not arrived. The Yodel link they send via customer service, as proof that it's on it's way, doesn't work like a real Yodel tracker. I'm going to conact my bank. I wouldn't receommend to anyone, it's all very fishy.

Sad to see a 1 star review after we have already had dialogue about your issue and Yodel is currently investigating. The tracking shows that you selected an alternative delivery date from the one originally planned which would result in the package going back to the depot for storage. Obviously it's not a scam, you can see many 5 star reviews proving otherwise.
Some shipments can get lost as they travel through the delivery network from depot to depot and if an item is lost the carrier has to perform a depot search, which does take a little time. Our customer service team have been in regular contact with you and a further update was provided yesterday. Rest assured your order will be either delivered or refunded and a claim placed with the carrier.

I bought the Ivonne block heeled knee high boots. They were a slim fit and I have wide feet. So I had them sent back on Friday 7th April 2023 for a refund and I have had no response about a refund. It’s Wednesday 12th now.

Hi Helen, sad to see a 2 star review regarding the returns and refunds process. As you mention you returned the item on the 7th April and this date, along with the 10th April were bank holidays, so both the carriers and ourselves would not be working
causing a slight delay.
As of today (13/4/23) you refund has not been processed, however it can take a little time to check over the return and process any due refund, your item may still be in transit or in our waiting zone. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days, in accordance with our published terms and conditions available from our website.
You can contact our Customer Service team for assistance as I do not see any previous open tickets regarding this issue.

Love my new rope sandals
Love my new rope sandals and so happy I found the last pair in my size! The only downside is I did have to pay some duty for them but the shipping was relatively fast.
