The pump was under a 2 year warrantee and had a component failure in the second year. A return label was provided promptly and the pump repaired and returned within a week. The staff were polite, efficient and friendly

Bought our latest Hydroforce series 3 pump (which has been happily running for 9 years without issue) but has now got a potential pressure switch fault. Already impressed by the quality of the product but blown away by the Customer Service.

Called the team who ran though a few checks and are now sending out replacement parts (along with instructional videos) so I can repair it and extend it's life.

Last dealt with their customer service around 12 years ago and they were exceptional then too so it obviously runs through the company.

whole attitude of helping the customer was fantastic. where there were problems a solution was found. Best experience of supplier to customer for a very long time.

I have never failed to be impressed by the team at rainwaterharvesting.co.uk. Their level of service always gives me the impression that I am important to them, no matter how little or how much I am spending.!

Rainwater Harvesting are a great example of providing High Quality Products and phenomenal customer service.
The order is delivered quickly, via Royal Mail (and easy to track). The pump I have used is a great product - I've now bought my second one, as the first one has worked so well for >5 years.
Above that, though, there have been two occasions with the old pump where it has gone wrong (once due to ivy growing through the front body and seal!). The company provided excellent support - first by email, to confirm the problem; then providing a returns label to ship back; then with very quick repair and return.
They are UK based (with a UK product) - that proves valuable, for the reasons stated above. I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you. :)

Edit: for those that reviewed saying that the pump didn't last long (2-3 years), I wonder if they contacted the company ... as I suspect it will have been repaired very quickly for long long service...

Prompt delivery but poorly packaged. The expansion tank was posted in its original box which was made of thin cardboard. By the time it was delivered the package had shredded and the tank was dented.

got the replacement parts with all you would need to fix the pump
