Our tractor arm wasn't high enough so used two planks to get it of the wagon once near were you want it best outing a strap round it so two people can lift and push into place
The driver help us get it of and was help full were still waiting for it to fill up could of done with the pump and leaf catcher sooner to look at the size

Excellent diagnosis of problem and advice re solving it.
Part was despatched quickly in order to replace problem solenoid. Rainwater harvester now fully operational again.

A great company with 5* customer service. Richard in the tech support team was brilliant in diagnosing a fault. He sent out replacement parts with next-day delivery and talked me through how to fit them. He was polite, patient and apologetic for the fault and I couldn't have asked for a better interaction. Not a reliable system, Same as a lot of others here
Same as a lot of others here, New build home 2022 with this system, system stopped just after our "2 year builders warranty" with the pump shorting somewhere, they wanted £312 +VAT for a new pump ... not a reliable system when I have to purchase new pumps every 2 or so years so I will just force the system to mains and forget about it. Many others on the "eco" new build estate have had endless issues with this system as well; they are obviously not worth the hassle.

Richard saves veg.
Rain water pump stopped in the heatwave . Technician Richard was helpful beyond belief in telling me how to dismantle .
Weed had got through filter and so automatic cut off kept working .
All well . Veg still alive !
