Ralphandco dog beds are top quality both in fabric and design. I started with one & pretty soon my 3 labradors were competing for it. I now have 3 of the beds & couldn’t be more delighted as Archie Martha & Ruby settle so well & love them. Ralphandco coped kindly & efficiently with a problem with my delivery agent. They sent a replacement out quickly and stayed in touch to help resolve the issue.

We’re over the moon with our purchases from Ralph and Co. We have two beds, a Boucle Teddington (pictured) and a donut calming bed. They’re the perfect size for either one or two of our sausage dogs and they both love them. The beds quickly became a firm favourite in the household and they’re used nightly for sleep. Easy to clean and maintain when “accidents” happen

Just wanted to share my recent experience with Ralph & Co. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a positive one. I had to return the bed which while very lovely was too small. I ordered a Large for my rescue rascal a Podengo. My parcel was ultimately located and refunded (which I appreciate), the entire process was unnecessarily frustrating. Communication was unclear, delays were extensive, and I often felt like I was left in the dark. To make matters worse, their responses came across as dismissive rather than solution-focused, which added to my dissatisfaction. As a customer, I expect accountability and efficiency, especially when issues arise, and sadly, this was not the case here. While I understand that things can go wrong, the way it was handled left much to be desired. Hoping Ralph & Co. will take this as constructive feedback to improve their customer service and fulfilment processes. I have several beds from Ralph & Co and the quality has been incredible every time. The material is so soft and it's my dog Loki's favourite bed. We have the Balmoral nest bed and pillow bed, they are great quality and would recommend to friends.

I have a Staffie x Doberman, she’s the size of a Labrador and weighs about 28kg.
I initially bought the medium dalton pillow bed to replace a cheap bed I got from Amazon for her previously. The dimensions fit perfectly in the space I had for her in the living room which is where she tends to curl up more. The bed arrived quickly and as advised, I let the bed sit for 24 hours before putting it in place for the dog to use to help the pillow reform shape after shipping. The dog loved it, she was even going to it on her own accord rather than when I asked her to which was great. It keeps shape and easily fluffs back up, the quality of the material is lovely and as the cover does well after washing as well as dries relatively quickly. (UPDATE: the padding within the dalton pillow bed bunches up to the sides leaving my doggo with basically just a sheet of material between her and the floor. I now only use this for when we travel and have taken my rating down to 4 stars because of it.)
I then went on to buy the XLarge Dalton Nest bed to replace the too small and not comfy enough bed she sleeps in at night. The nest is so luxurious, she absolutely loves it. She fits in it perfectly sprawled out flat or curled up with her head on one of the sides. It absolutely holds shape, as my pupper is on the larger side, previous bed sides have gotten all squashed under her weight but not this one which is amazing. There’s an inside pillow on the base that flips for two material options depending how cold the weather is and is removable and washable. The entire bed is too but I only have a 6kg washing machine, so hand wash the main and throw the pillow into the machine. (UPDATE: The pillow on the dalton nest bed has the same issue where the padding moves to the side, so I have to fluff it regularly)
The beds come with washing instructions and when I had to contact the company as I had a mishap with delivery on the second item, they were super helpful and refunded the delivery amount.
All round really pleased with both purchases and will definitely be going back when the time comes.
