The part that I ordered was out of stock, but was delivered promptly once it was in. However there is a little screw that holds the latch in place that is missing off the new handle.

The correct item was delivered, in good time.
Communication regarding delivery was good.

I struggled to find the correct size of firebrick for our Villager stove, and Rangemoors were one of the few suppliers for the firebricks at a fair price. Despite placing the order on Friday afternoon, Rangemoors despatched the bricks immediately, and they were delivered the next day, perfectly wrapped. This has been outstanding service by Rangemoors, and I will certainly use them again for further spares.
