Following a fIat tyre and over 7 hours of no resolution of my tyre being repaired or my vehicle being recovered I made the decision to call a mobile tyre company. Being a woman, alone and vulnerable this wasn’t an easy decision as I’ve never had to use a mobile tyre company before. I spoke to several companies who I felt were very over priced and showed no compassion of my situation. I finally spoke with a company called was Rapid Recovery who immediately put me at ease, the fitter stayed in touch with me until he arrived to change my tyre. He was exactly that ‘Rapid’ within 20 minutes I was on my way home. The tyre fitter even messaged me to ensure that I had got home safely.
Thank you for being so trustworthy and honest. I’d been left in a really bad situation without you I don’t know what I would have done. I can’t recommend you enough🙏🏽Thank you again.

Be aware that these people do not provide the service. They operate a WhatsApp group that contacts sub-contractors to arrange service. You then have to pay the sub-contractor personally when they come to you. So you’re paying for a WhatsApp message. I had a blown out tyre on a motorway, was terrified and desperate (as the man taking my call clearly knew). The price for the WhatsApp message? £700. Plus £190 for the recovery driver (who was lovely). This had never happened to me before and I paid but when the recovery man told me he was only getting £190 I was furious because I had obviously been taken advantage of. I tried to reason with them the next day but they defended it. If you’re contemplating using this service, know you are dealing with unethical bad operators and frankly horrible human beings. Go elsewhere. Oh, and to Rapid - don’t bother with your platitudes - you’re rogue traders and there is NOTHING you can say to justify what you did to me.

Scammers - took 240 from me and the actual service should only have been 180, they preyed on me because i was a scared woman on the motorway

Initially had a small hiccup with the requested invoice for the vehicle recovery, but was promptly solved today by the business owner personally, with a personal apology over the phone.

Great service, reasonable price, khan was very professional, would recommend, response was quick for recovery.

I was really sick with a puncher , and these. Guys was a really big help, and got me sorted . They were very perlite. Would I use them again. Yes I would.

Prompt. On time for the car running on arrival then followed me home to make sure I arrived OK. Friendly service. Would recommend

Polite from the first call, to arrival and drop off. Would definately recommend.

Had a flat tire Sunday evening, everywhere else was shut, they came within an hour, very friendly and professional and 10 minutes later had a new tire and was back on the road. Really can't complain with the service at all.

Needed a recovery for my motorcycle, driver arrived within an hour, and helped me with my bike getting home. Everything went smoothly

Initial call the handler was very patient and helpful, and gave me a price and solution quickly. The wait for the call out repair was only 20 minutes and this was handled quickly and professionally. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Classic tale, flat tyre on the motorway, nighttime, raining and my breakdown service failed me. Rapid road help did exactly what they promise, 30 mins on site from phone call, 20 mins to change tyre on the hard shoulder then on our way. Quite a relief!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.avoid at any cost.my daughter was stuck in alton with 2 blown tyres.found these who state they are rapid.2 hrs later and numerous calls being mucked about the turn up took 5 mins to put 2 new tyres on.following day had to take car to another garage who told us they put the wrong size tyres on and had to pay out for 2 more tyres even though we told them the right size.forward to today i have been trying the number everytime says its busy,like im blocked,even email pings back failed.paid these £590 to not even do job properly.i will be taking this further to ensure my daughter gets her money back.told me they would give refund that was paid to them which they have apparently but couldnt even send email receipt dispite asking several times.promised several times if the 3rd party company they used didnt give refund that they would and they would chase them for it.all changed and only given refund that they took,which they supposedly refunded.cant dispute charged to 3rd party they used with bank have to go through citizens advice which would cost us court cost.well done rapid road help,what a scam company.i repeat DO NOT USE!!!!!

Scammers trying to pretend they are a legitimate company. avoid avoid avoid!

Answered phone immediately, and guided me through the details. Was able to arrange recovery with wait of around 30 minutes - a nearby company quoted a 4 hour wait. Recovery driver was polite and took good care of the vehicle.

So friendly! Arrived very quickly and great pricing. Touch wood I don’t break down again… but if I do will defo use them again! Thank you!

How have they got positive reviews. I paid a £440.00 deposit waited 4hr and was told that the first van had broken down and then the 2nd van they set to a located that was 2hrs away from where i was.By this time it was 10pm and i had my daughter with me. Which meant i have to call for a lift and leave the car abandond over night to sort out in the morning. And now the phone number does not work. It just rings busy the whole time. Total scam. Please please avoid at all costs.

Immediately answered the phone, booked me in with someone who was only 15 minutes away. The chap who turned up solved my issue in a very professional manner.
I was highly impressed with the service.
Breakdowns can be stressful but the service and professionalism made me feel at ease.

Following an accident that left myself and my mother very shaken we were in need of emergency recovery. The recovery company were fabulous they responded quickly and kept us updated. Recovery was within estimated time. We were recovered home with a great driver. If you need recovery I would highly recommend.
