Wir nutzen RateHawk für unsere Agentur in Hamburg primär wegen der riesigen Hotelauswahl in den USA und den VAE. Die Nettopreise sind sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist viel moderner als die Altsysteme, die wir zuvor genutzt haben. Nur 4 Sterne, da die Antwortzeit des Chat-Supports an geschäftigen Samstagmorgen, wenn wir dringende Umbuchungen für Kunden haben, verzögert sein kann.

I am a new agent and work for Inteletravel. I booked 2 non-refundable rooms to stay in October in Lanzarote, however this booking was made in error. I notified them immediately and requested for a cancellation refund waiver to be issued. However have heard nothing. Please can this be looked into asap!

Muy mala experiencia. La reserva estaba paga en su totalidad y, aun así, cuando los pasajeros llegaron al hotel no les permitieron el ingreso porque la confirmación no figuraba correctamente.
La falta de gestión y respuesta inmediata generó una situación muy angustiante para los pasajeros. Como agencia priorizamos la seguridad y el respaldo en cada operación, y lamentablemente en este caso el servicio no estuvo a la altura. No lo recomendamos

Multiple issues with this company. I would be very careful with booking for them.
They completely ruined a client's honeymoon. Booked a seavilla suite at azulik at tulum. When the clients arrived all ratehawk paid for was a basic suite with no pool. When we contacted them they took 8 hours ro rectify the problem and the guests missed their entire 1st night in the suite they paid for. They also up to this day 6 months later provided no compensation for them.
Another set of clients turned up for check in at the mangrove corendon in curacao and on arrival no payment was made due invalid vcc. This makes us look like we did not pay the in the eyes of the client.
They need to fix their issues quickly. And customer service takes to long to fix issues. Travelers want their issues dealt with immediately not wait 8 hrs.
Poor.

We strongly advise caution when working with this B2B platform, as the majority of bookings are failing due to non-payment issues.
Nearly every third booking results in the guest being asked to pay again at the hotel because the VCC provided to the supplier does not work. This is an ongoing and repeated problem.
It appears that many of the suppliers being contracted are unreliable. When the VCC fails, the issue is consistently blamed on “technical problems,” yet the pattern clearly indicates a deeper issue with supplier credibility and payment handling.
We have reported these concerns multiple times, but no effective action has been taken. Instead, unreliable suppliers continue to be used simply to fill inventory.
This situation creates unnecessary stress, damages our professional reputation, and is simply not worth the risk of placing new bookings under these conditions.
We strongly urge immediate corrective action to address supplier reliability and payment processing failures before further damage is caused.

We've been working with RateHawk for a while. The system is stable, search filters work well, and we rarely see any technical glitches during payment. What I like most is that the vouchers are issued instantly and the net rates are often the best on the market.
Haven't had any major issues with bookings so far. It’s a convenient tool for an agency that needs quick results and clear invoices.

Very dissatisfied with RateHawk Airport Transfers — first and last booking.
My client paid in full for an airport transfer. Due to a winter storm, her flight was canceled and rebooked for a later time on the same day, which was completely out of our control. I was required to pay an additional fee to update the pickup time.
After paying the additional charge, I then received an email stating that the driver was too busy and could not accommodate the updated pickup time. No alternative driver was provided.
I immediately requested either another transfer or a full refund. RateHawk responded that no other transfer was available and that they would try to get the supplier to refund only a portion of the payment. Meanwhile, I had no choice but to rebook with another vendor to ensure my client was not stranded.
As a result, I lost the money paid to RateHawk and was left without service for my client. This experience was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I will not use RateHawk again and do not recommend this company. They leave agents and clients without service and financially responsible for issues beyond their control.

Το γραφείο ταξιδίων μου το imperial travel έκλεισε μέσω της rate hawk ένα airbnb στην ιαπωνία το οποίο προπλήρωσα 1500€ 23 του μήνα φτάνοντας ιαπωνία συνάντησα το ακριβώς αντίθετο από αυτό που είδα στις φωτογραφίες. Ένα διαμερισμα ακαθάριστο με δύο ελαφριές κουβερτούλες άλλες δεν υπήρχαν σεντόνια τα μοναδικά σεντόνια που υπήρχαν ήταν αυτά που ήτανε στο στρώματα δεν υπήρχαν κρεβάτια παρά μόνο δύο στρώματα το ένα πάνω στο άλλο δεν υπήρχαν άλλα σκεπάσματα ούτε σεντόνια το σπίτι βρώμικο ο τείχος δίπλα στα μάτια γκαζιού είχε ένα κάψιμο τοιχοι γεμάτη λεκέδες. Αναγκαστήκαμε να φύγουμε με το παιδί μου και να πληρώσουμε εκ νέου ξενοδοχείο για να μείνουμε γιατί δεν μπορούσα να έχω το παιδί μου σε αυτή την κατάσταση. Καταλήξαμε να έχουμε μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία εγώ με τραυματισμένο πόδι υπάρχει ιατρική γνωμάτευση να τρέχουμε μέσα στη νύχτα με τα πράγματα μας για ξενοδοχείο το check-in του ξενοδοχείου άνοιγε τρεις το μεσημέρι με αποτέλεσμα όλη αυτή την ώρα το παιδί μου να κοιμάται στην αγκαλιά μου στο λόμπι. Τους ενημέρωσα όπως τους ενημέρωσε και το ταξιδιωτικό μου γραφείο δεν έχει γίνει κανένα refund των χρημάτων που έδωσα γιατί δεν θα πληρώνα να με τίποτα για τέτοιες συνθήκες να βάλω το παιδί μου ούτε για τα χρήματα που έδωσα εξαιτίας τους για να μείνουμε στο ξενοδοχείο ώστε να έχουμε ανθρώπινες συνθήκες. Για όλα αυτά που λέω υπάρχουν φωτογραφίες με συνομιλίες με το airbnb τα πάντα. Προστατέψετε τον κόσμο από τέτοιου είδους απάτες.UPDATE: RateHawk's response is misleading. They claim they will contact my travel agent, but my agent has been waiting for a response from RateHawk for days with no luck. I am currently in Japan with a leg injury and a child with a mental disability. We were forced to pay 143,430 JPY for a second hotel because the first one was dangerous, filthy, and had a burn mark on the wall. I demand an immediate refund of my 1500€ and the cost of the new hotel. Stop the delays and take responsibility for leaving a disabled child and an injured mother stranded!

TRANSFER AEROPORTUALE Esperienza estremamente negativa. Avevo prenotato un servizio di transfer aeroportuale a JFK con orario confermato alle 20:30, come chiaramente indicato nella loro conferma ricevuta via WhatsApp.
Il volo è atterrato in anticipo, ma questo non può in alcun modo sostituire l’orario del servizio concordato. Nonostante ciò, il driver ha deciso in modo del tutto arbitrario di lasciare l’aeroporto alle 20:12, ignorando completamente l’orario di prenotazione.
Avevamo aggiornato il driver via messaggio sul nostro avanzamento e alle 20:14 eravamo già al punto di incontro. Nonostante questo, il driver non ha tenuto conto dei messaggi ricevuti, non ha mai risposto alla nostra chiamata e non ha atteso nemmeno un paio di minuti, andandosene mentre noi eravamo lì ad aspettarlo.
Abbiamo quindi contattato immediatamente il centro di assistenza e successivamente scritto direttamente alla società, ma ci è stato risposto che questo comportamento rientra nel loro “protocollo” e che, secondo loro, il servizio risulta regolarmente svolto. Una posizione del tutto inaccettabile, che dimostra una totale mancanza di attenzione e rispetto nei confronti del cliente visto che stavamo parlando di 2-5 minuti max di attesa.
A causa di questa gestione scorretta e poco professionale, siamo stati costretti a prendere un taxi alternativo, sostenendo una spesa aggiuntiva di 111 USD.
Servizio estremamente deludente e inaccettabile, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un servizio prenotato e pagato in anticipo. Non è stato nemmeno proposto alcun rimborso o sconto su un servizio futuro, che probabilmente non avremmo comunque utilizzato, ma che avrebbe almeno dimostrato un minimo di attenzione verso il cliente e contribuito ad attenuare il disagio.
Servizio assolutamente sconsigliato.

Ratehawk supplied our taxi when we arrived in Toronto. The driver knew we were going to be at least an hour late and said no problem. When we arrived an hour and half late he said he had left. He then used another phone to pretend to be a colleague and said would pick us up but needed cash and ended up charging us nearly twice the going rate. Total scam from the driver. Ratehawk say they have investigated but could not do anything about the company that supplied the taxi/driver so assume he’s still out there running the scam.
