The booking platform is good but I am not sure they are vetting their suppliers for transfer service properly. This is in regards to order number 418743147 for a transfer on 6/29/25 from the hotel to BCN airport. The transfer supplier in Barcelona, Spain came with a small car for my clients for their hotel to airport transfers and left them to take a taxi because the 4 suitcases could not fit. I ordered Business MPV+ which was supposed to be a vehicle big enough to accommodate 3 passengers with 4 suitcases which was stated in the reservation and paid for. According to the order description, the vehicle should have been Mercedes GL, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon or a similar one. The driver came with a small car and told them that he could not fit the suitcases so they had to take a taxi on their own. I responded to the Rate Hawk Transfer department by email since 6/29 and attached the vouchers, texted conversations and the taxi receipt. Two weeks later I reached out to Support from my dashboard and then again on 7/26 by email and dashboard. And for something that should be a straight forward refund, one month later is still unresolved. A part of the response I received from Support after the standard line of apology stated "Unfortunately, as a transfer service, we act as an intermediary between the partner and the carrier, and cannot independently make decisions or assign compensation without the consent of the carrier." As the travel agent I paid RateHawk for a service that was not provided and documentation was sent including text messages between the supplier and my client and an email from the transfer supplier to Ratehawk Transfer Department stating that they could not provide the service because the vehicle could not accommodate the 4 suitcases. RateHawk can see in their system where the vehicle type ordered was Business MPV+ for 3 passengers and 4 suitcases. So it is difficult for me to understand why this investigation is taking a month and more. Now, I have to take a lost and refund my client the $64.63 that was paid for the service and hope that RateHawk refunds me.

The worst supplier and bedbank to deal with, any small matter can take hours and days to be resolved, mostly useless operations team and very rude key accounts managers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with RateHawk. I booked my transfer with them for my recent holiday in Crete. The driver was not there to collect us from our hotel to return to the airport, when I tried to contact the driver they were unavailable. We had to get a local taxi that cost €90 on top of the £58 I had already paid RateHawk. When I was contacted by them they said to provide a receipt for the taxi and I would be refunded for both amounts. Since sending my receipt to them they have contact my travel agent and said that the trip was completed and that I would not receive my refund. I would absolutely not recommend to use this company. I am very disappointed about being massively out of pocket and nearly missing my flight.

Been working with the platform for the past 2 year, and all good. Up till last week. Try to log in to check a hotel for a client only to find out my account is been deactivated. I understand they may have their reason, what I don't understand is that no one notify me of this, or bother to check or give me a call. Just account deleted. With 128£ of back credit and all loyalty points. My account manager Megan J. only email me to ask for my bank details and then vanished. No reply to any of my email (pretty much 1 each day), no call back (i've called customer service every morning since this happened) nothing at all. The way this happened it's just shocking and not professional at all. At this point glad they are actually closing the account! Better work somewhere else. Good Job RateHawk!

I will come back to provide details of my experience if my matter is not resolved within 24 hours by Rate Hawk and Expedia. I have already sent an email to Rate Hawk's support @ ratehawk..com, Expedia's Travel Team, and the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport Hotel.
I will delete this review or improve the rating after my issue is resolved.

For a month and a half we have been trying to return the prepayment sent to Ratehawk. There is no answer to phone calls. E-mails to the support either have no answer at all, or get a reply that your manager will be happy to help and nothing else happens. I would like to understand, is Ratehawk a scam or a complete ignoring of customers? And should we already contact law enforcement to investigate this company and help us get our money back?

Wir haben ein Hotel in Prag über die Hotelplattform zenhotels.com gebucht. Erst 2,5 Wochen vor Anreise bekamen wir von zenhotels eine Info, dass das Zimmer vom gebuchten Hotel nicht rückbestätigt wurde und 2 andere Hotels alternativ angeboten werden können.
Wir haben dann in einem der Alternativhotels nachgefragt, ob das Unternehmen zenhotels dort als Buchungspartner hinterlegt ist. Das war nicht der Fall. Wir waren dann etwas irritiert, wieso man Zimmer anbietet, bei denen man als Vertragspartner nicht registriert ist. Das war uns zu unsicher und wir haben alles storniert und die Alternativbuchungen nicht angenommen. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit verschwendet und würden diesen Service nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Geld wurde nach knapp 2 Monaten nach Buchung zurückerstattet.

When I check in the hotel, no booking was found or even made.
They lying about the booking was confirmed but can not provide any proof.
Basically you are going to deal with a bunch of robotic auto reply and problem. Not solve.
Think twice before you use this platform.

We have a USD 30 owing for more than 1 year and had followed up with previous account mgr and, now with account mgr.
Mia account mgr HKG has recently said that she will reply, but not, when sent a reminder, she has read my whatsapp but ignored it and not replied at all, totally surprised at this and needless to say frustrated and disappointed as it tarnishes the image of RateHawk as being a company of integrity and professionalism.
Because of the behaviour, had cancelled 1 reservation that i had on hold and pending payment. Then i was looking for a contact for Ratehawk to escalate and see all these Trustpilot reviews. Glad i have cancelled the tentative booking.

Avoid them at all cost. The customer service is nothing but a joke. The rooms are not prepaid and once you call customer service for an issue on site, they will tell you "okay, we'll send you an email". They are a joke in the industry.

Travel agent here and I am wondering if they aren't buying all those great reviews online. I have dealt with Ratehawk a few weeks ago after seeing them online. I have worked with dozens of website and they are FAR THE WORST ! The prices are attractive (a lot of coupon/promo) but the customer service is a disaster.
Aixa promised me a lot of things (great customer service, very fast reply, we check every booking to make sure they are paid etc.). It's just a lie. They dont check anything and the first booking we had wa not prepaid. Worst part of it is that we had to wait 2 HOURS for someone in their team to actually call the hotel to fix the issue.
Dustin is supposed to be the Account manager for North America, is nowhere to be found. Never heard of him despite my complaint that their service sucks.
I will avoid at all cost this company, they are useless.

Worst Company. Specially Assigned Manager Mr Altafh, Very hash and rude and run away from responsibilities. Our Guest at Naples booked 2 rooms with 5 Adults and upon check in Hotel deny for 2 rooms, they provide only 1 room and ask those 5 adults to stay in that small room with shared bathroom. Hotel : B&B Napolis 1, Italy. I am chasing to Ratehawk from last 7 hrs to get this solution and sending the complete details to that so called assign manager (Altafh). Over the customer care no, on each call there is a new person assigned and repeating the same thing about complete scenario. Even though by chance i got the same person twice on call in customer care and he disconnect the call. And when the same thing i inform to Assigned Manager (Altafh), He says some magical words... "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT" Ask your guest to go the reception and provide us in written. WOW what a great services of RateHawk... I sure to that person Altafh that i will put it on social, His words do whatever you want, we cant do anything. i ask him, shall my guest sleep over roads although he already paid for accommodation and he disconnect the call... Just avoid these ruthless people and company if you want to provide good services to your guests and avoid these kind of situations....
