We would like to explain that as soon as we received information from our transport company that the driver was involved in an accident and the transport vehicle was damaged, we immediately issued a refund to you. Unfortunately, the set you purchased was already sold out, so we were unable to offer a replacement.
We remain hopeful that you were able to find the set from another seller.

We have owned rattan furniture in the past. I was nervous to purchase online. The quality of this product is fantastic. If I had purchased this at a garden centre I would have paid 3 times as much for it. It was relatively easy to construct, the rattan is thick and sturdy and the cushions are well made and firm. Only small drawback was it was dropped at the front door on a pallet but considering the huge savings well worth it. I cannot recommend this company highly enough I emailed to enquire about the delivery of the covers as I knew there was a delay and they responded immediately 10 out of 10 thank you

Recently purchased a waterproof cover…
Recently purchased a waterproof cover for a corner Rattan set and table that rises.
Found the website has loads of pictures and measurements, so it was easy to find the one that would fit.
Ordered on the Friday about 1pm and to my shock it arrived on the Saturday next day never had a delivery come that quick not even from Amazon.
Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again in the future.

Size of sofa was not as in description
Size of sofa was not as in description, was a lot smaller , two cushions were wrong . This was a clearance sofa and rattan park said that it was their error that the size had been advertised incorrectly. We would have liked a replacement of the correct size , however was told they couldn’t do this , but they could offer a refund . They replaced the two cushions and they are still not the correct size
