I ordered a jacket from Rayida and returned it because the material was very thin. I followed their returns instructions and they received the jacket back on the 1st July. I haven’t received my refund and they are not responding to any of my messages.

SCAM site, please avoid at all costs. Not London based or even UK it seems. Items received are extremely poor quality, imported from China or thereabouts. Company will NOT refund monies as promised, just a string of avoidance emails followed by radio silence. My experience has been SO poor, I can only assume any positive reviews are falsified. Not even worthy of the one star that I had to give in order to offer others this warning. Please DO NOT order from this site.

Tried to arrange return of an item as was not as advertised and took too long to arrive, which they did not want to go ahead with as company is overseas. Instead I accepted an offer of a 30% refund. This was over a month ago and the refund has not been received. I’ve tried chasing several times and the company just does not respond. Terrible experience.

Only giving one star as I cannot give 0. Awful quality clothing sent from overseas…not London. Have been trying to arrange a refund for 3 weeks now and I have been offered replacements at my own cost which I have refused. Do not believe I will ever get a refund and I am out of pocket. I ordered a few pieces for everyday wear and they were exactly what I wanted. The fabrics felt soft the fit was comfortable and nothing looked cheap when it arrived. Free shipping was a nice bonus and the whole shopping experience felt simple and reliable.

I wasn't sure what to expect because I'd never heard of the store before but everything turned out really well. The clothes looked stylish without being over the top and the quality felt genuinely nice. I've already had a few compliments and will happily order again.

I ordered a couple of shirts and a pair of cargo trousers. The sizing matched the guide and both items felt comfortable straight away. Delivery took about ten days which was perfectly reasonable for me.
