Shipment Delays
The customer service was very good and from what I hear from the customer, they are happy with the product. However, getting the product to us in the time we were originally promised did not happen. Several shipment delays happened which caused some frustration from the customer.

We are very happy with our tables from RDM. They were the perfect solution for us. Our fulfillment team now has the ample space they need to prepare packages comfortably. The tables also helped us optimize our office layout and reduce clutter by providing a dedicated space for shipping materials to be housed. Thank you!
