The speed and abundance of communication back and forth was great. Timeline was accurate and well communicated. The product met all of our expectations and then some.

RDM workstations and tables a must have!
RDM workstations and tables have worked great for us in several locations. Recently we purchased additional setups to use in our Warranty Center and they are working great. The height adjust ability helps in setting the units up for individual needs and preferences. Tables are sturdy and durable, look good too.

Great Custom Work
RDM was able to provide an excellent custom product where other companies had failed to do so. The price was accurate to what we expected as well as the fabricating wait time.

I have ordered two laminar flow hoods
I have ordered two laminar flow hoods - the product in general is great and fits our needs but neither hood has come with leveling feet even tho there are threaded holes at the bottom of the legs. I have not called to request them but intend to see if they are available because we definitely need them

RDM makes unbelievable products. The quality of the tables I ordered are simply outstanding. I have ordered over a dozen work benches from RDM and each one is beautifully crafted to my exact needs. I would highly recommend trusting RDM with any project you have.

Slow to respond then had mistakes in the quote!
Slow to respond with a quote (over 1 week) when all specifications were filled out on their website. Once we got the quote, it was not right and required correcting and then get a final quote.
This alone put them at 2 stars, but then they ask me to review them here, to which I always give one star.
A policy to remember in the future... Opt IN not opt OUT!

5 stars are not normally given so easily; but from the minute I called to the moment our table arrived, the entire process was fantastic!! Your customer service was amazing down to your designing team. Our Managers LOVE the table, the colors and we hope to order more in the near future for our other departments.
Thank you so much RDM! Incredible workmanship and customer service.

Excellent product, great company
We are extremely happy with the microscope table. Everything arrived well packaged and in good condition. The table is very stable and solid with a useful range of adjustability. I use the table often and personally find it to be a very comfortable workspace. It is a vast improvement over our previous table.
RDM was great to work with from start to finish.
