The speed and abundance of communication back and forth was great. Timeline was accurate and well communicated. The product met all of our expectations and then some.

Thank you for the honest feedback, Michael.
Looking at your order, it looks like you have a wide 36x96 workstation that you may be using for two people. Our standard ESD setup that we provide with an ESD work surface is one port (for 'banana jack' plug of wrist strap and such) on each front leg and a single port on the top, right-rear of the table. We can always add additional ports, which is an option. For the 96 wide table, our salesperson probably should have offered a central 2-port add-on jack to the center. We will be sure to coordinate on this for future ESD / Static Control Table offerings, so Thank You for the advice ;)
We Look Forward to Working with You Again,

We have several of their tables
We have several of their tables, now we are buying more! I had trouble finding some new work benches, I came to these guys and they had all of the information from our old order, and were able to change the size of the table to fit what we needed! A welcome relief after scouring the internet to find every possible work table I could find! (none of which were even close to what we needed.)

Thank You, Ryan.
We do our best to keep a running record of all projects, large and small, on file, just in case they transition into our Repeat Client 'Club'. That's not the official name, but we should brand it with some sort of title, according to others. We do our best to treat EVERYONE as if they were members of our family (The better Parts). We understand that your satisfaction and the long-term relationship is what creates a winning combination for both sides.
Our Repeat Clientele has snowballed / expanded exponentially over the past several decades and we are always looking to recruit more members into our 'Family'. Together, we have expanded our product offerings and improved our product quality and features because of the many useful tips we continue to receive. Because of people like you, we have been able to evolve with the times to meet many new needs.
Thank you for your continued business !!

Special order hydraulic tables
We have ordered two tables. We looked for tables online but none of them suited our needs. We ordered our 1st table and I was happy with the customer service they provided. They made the table with our specifications and it was completed in a timely manner. Since this experience was so positive we just ordered a second table and received the same excellent service.
