Thanks

After several months of searching and interviewing other manufacturers, of adjustable-height tables, only to be disappointed, by the quality of both the knowledge of the sales staff, as well as the products themselves, it was entirely refreshing to have found RDM. RDM knows their products. They understood what was needed in the application, worked to make sure that their proposal would meet the need, as well as accommodate any restrictions. Actually, they went well beyond that, to understand how the table was to be used, by whom, and what, if any, special restrictions there might be. They communicated intelligently, and worked, many times, after-hours, to make sure I had what I needed, and to get me back on schedule. The product is superb. It is excellent. I now know that many of other manufacturers were actually very over-priced for low-quality products, promising 'custom' tops – They cannot deliver. I am more then satisfied. RDM was MORE THAN FAIRLY PRICED. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and the lead-time and delivery schedule proved to be accurate. It was a pleasure.

Great product. The table we ordered was put to use right away. So far it has met our needs.

Fast, friendly and reliable. Repeat customer here with all good things to report.

Staff is prompt, friendly, and very helpful! The product is very nice quality and functional to our customers and FSE's. We will continue to purchase from RDM.

RDM delivers exactly what they say will.

No problems. Could not have been a smoother transaction.
