I got mine canvas and game on time but the design of the characters were wrong. I emailed them three times even at different customer service emails they had listed. Nothing. The game is extremely glitchy and I’m upset to have set this much money for something that barely even works.

Multiple mistakes. And now currently 3 times trying to fix it. First of all they send the frame with messed up images. I messaged them to fix it and they agreed. They then sent the new one WITH MORE MISTAKES THAN THE FIRST ONE!!!! They then said they would refund the physical part. Now I just got a notification that they refunded the cheaper game portion and not the more expensive frame. This is ridiculous.

Game also had mistakes in it. Original 2 links didn’t work, images were awful in the game, and overall not a pleasant experience.

Can I give it a 0? Complete scam. I received the wrong game link, and sent several emails to customer service with no response. I also commented on their social media and they messaged me but it was obviously an AI response and I had to dispute this with my bank. Don’t do it.

They promised Valentines Day delivery, still haven’t received the digital game and they haven’t responded to emails. Will have to do a chargeback with the credit card company.

1er avis: Livraison garantie pour la St Valentin comme beaucoup des commentaires, j'ai reçu des codes promos, des pubs, mais JAMAIS ma commande. J'ai fait jouer PayPal en réclamation qui m'a remboursé. Mais vous êtes une honte et une arnaque. Ne perdez pas votre argent...

SCAM!!! Please DO NOT order from this company!!! I bought the personalized game and framed print for my husband as a Valentine’s Day gift. The print came late and was horribly pixelated. I received a email link for my game saying it was live, only to receive another email right after saying it still needed some work. The link was never updated, and the QR code on the print does not work either. I’ve reached out to customer service through email multiple times as the company has no phone number listed. I received no response. Now I’m out over $130, and left with an ugly print in a cheap plastic frame.

Waste of money. I did receive the cute game, but the canvas was low quality, printed, and not cute at all. Also, they advertised as it came on a little Gameboy type console, not a link to play on your phone.

Waste of money. Very expensive for what you get.

Horrible company. They said guaranteed valentines day delivery and I still haven't received anything. If I go to their site now it still says they guarantee it if you order within 3 hours. It's a total scam and this shouldn't even be legal! They do not reply to emails and looking at the reviews here, I really wish I didn't order. Honestly worried to have left my credit card details.

I ordered when they had their Valentine’s Day delivery guaranteed for digital only. I emailed and messaged prior to the date to confirm but both attempts were ignored. The reviews are terrible and I wish I had seen them before ordering. I don’t necessarily think the product is a scam but their lack of customer support and unfulfilled guarantees make it a negative experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is a scam - no items ever received, digital or physical. No responses to emails requests, support is non-existent, don't waste your time.

They sent the wrong link. There is no customer service number to contact. I've emailed and messaged and no reply. For being over $30 I expected something cute to give as a gift and this is a major disappointment and I am frustrated with the way they treated us as customers.

I love the framed poster and game! My husband loves it too. I had a positive experience. When I recieved my poster in the mail, the QR code didn't work immediately, but that is because they activate it after it's been delivered. I recieved an email letting me know it was live and ready to go. I emailed customer service about the QR code and less than 24 hours later they were reaching out to me. Since I had already recieved the email stating the game was live, I didn't need any additional assistance. I think it's a great, unique gift to give! I recommend it.

Ordered a digital image and game link for Valentine's Day. The order shows completed, but never received my stuff. Support is non-existent. Went to their Instagram for hepl and several dozen customers are being ignored there as well. I'm starting the chargeback process. Save yourself the stress. Don't use this company.

Total scam! I got the game but my name is wrong, the items I put in to make it personalized are completely wrong. I have emailed 4 times with no reply! Horrible horrible company

This site is fraudulent and I never received either product I paid for. I have contacted customer service multiple times and never receive a response.

I ordered a game, got the link, which didn’t work. Then I sent like 3 emails and never got a response. Horrible customer service, don’t order from them. Trust me

Wish I could give zero stars. Placed a $79 order for the custom game, high resolution digital file and canvas. The game and file are showing “delivered” but I never got them. I just got the canvas today…not only is the print crooked the QR code does not work!!! I sent three emails, multiple messages on Facebook and Instagram..no response. Do NOT order from this company. Not only is my Valentines Day gift now ruined, I have to be troubled with disputing this charge with my bank. Total SCAM!

They sent me a link to someone else’s personalised game.

Haven’t received the print yet.

I have emailed twice, messaged them on IG twice and started leaving comments on their posts.

No reply.
