This company is a scam with misleading advertising. The ads show nothing about this being a digital product only, instead they are full of language strongly suggesting that their products are easy to use with minimal preparation. I am not presented with information about this being a digital product before payment has been made.

Customer Service is patronizing, and refuses to refund or acknowledge misleading advertising. Their business model is based around tricking people info making a purchase of a product they do not want. They are fully aware that customers are unaware this is a digital product only, and refuse to change their practice in any way.

In my case, some download files were duplicates, while others were missing. I provided clear information with screenshots and immediately received a helpful response along with the correct files to download!

We had a great deal of fun with our first campaign, which was likely also due to how engaged we were with the story and how actively we role‑played within it. If you don’t approach the campaign completely unprepared, it is fairly easy to get into.
One area that could be improved is a clearer distinction between actual storytelling elements and information that is merely intended as background flavor to enrich the atmosphere. It would help the Game Master if the narrative focus were more clearly indicated.
Initially, some cards were missing, but they were sent to us quickly. The customer service was fast and friendly, so I have nothing negative to say in that regard.
However, when comparing my “old version” with the replacement version I received, I noticed several differences. The first version included only six tokens, while the other contained eight. The final encounter also differed, as it used different cards and titles. I will not reprint everything again, but this is still disappointing, as I already bound the materials and invested a considerable amount of time to reach the current state.

El servicio post-venta es espectacular. Adquirí el D&D Date Night Bundle para regalarlo el 23/4/26 y tras realizar un par de preguntas, no solo fueron muy rápidos en contestarlas si no que de manera proactiva me asesoraron sobre el producto para que el regalo fuera de 10.
He podido ojear todo el material y es muy completo, detallado y facilmente aplicable para todo tipo de usuarios.

Ich habe das „Ultimative D&D Date Night Bündel“ von meiner Freundin zum Geburtstag erhalten und mich sehr darauf gefreut. Das tatsächliche Produkt hat mich jedoch deutlich enttäuscht.

Ich bekam ausschließlich ZIP-Dateien mit unsortierten Inhalten. Es handelt sich um ein rein digitales Produkt, das aus meiner Sicht nicht spielbereit aufbereitet ist. Selbst als erfahrener DM müsste ich erheblichen zusätzlichen Aufwand investieren, um daraus ein nutzbares Abenteuer zu erstellen. Mir ist auch kein Hinweis dazu auf der Seite des Lieferanten aufgefallen.

Außerdem habe ich nur 2 der 3 beworbenen Abenteuer erhalten.

Die „Musik zu den Abenteuern“ besteht lediglich aus Links zu Spotify-Playlists.

Nach meinem Eindruck wird auf der Website nicht klar genug hervorgehoben, dass man lediglich digitale, nicht weiter aufbereitete Dateien erhält. Die Präsentation vermittelt zudem für mich den Eindruck eines ausgearbeiteten, sofort nutzbaren Date-Night-Pakets, was meiner Erfahrung nach nicht zutrifft.

Die Bewertungen auf der Website wirken auf mich wenig authentisch. Auf Trustpilot dagegen wird häufig der Support gelobt, meiner Meinung nach daher die gute Bewertung. Ob und wie der Support arbeitet, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Für mich steht fest: Die gelieferte Leistung entspricht in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die durch die Produktdarstellung geweckt wurden.

Ich kann dieses Produkt aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung nicht empfehlen und rate Interessenten, sich vor dem Kauf sehr genau anzusehen, was hier tatsächlich geliefert wird.

Das Produkt selbst ist ein digitaler Inhalt, den man entweder ausdrucken oder auf dem Tablet nutzen kann. Gespielt haben wir zwar noch nicht, aber das ganze Paket macht schon jetzt einen richtig guten Eindruck.
Wir haben uns für das ultimative D&D Date Night Bundle entschieden und sind ziemlich sicher, dass es viel Spaß bringen wird. Allein der Support hat schon überzeugt!

I found their resources really helpful. I use them both in Procreate and GIMP, and in both is very intuitive to use. Everything is well organized and easy to download.

One thing I really appreciate is that they provide license for every resource. That shows a lot of professionalism from the company and also from the creators. It’s not something you find everywhere.

The maps I created with their stuff came out really really good. I’m very satisfied and for sure I will use their stuff again!

Their customer support email line is very good. I had an issue accessing my digital content that I purchased from them. It was the ultimate D&D date night bundle and the email and link to access the content didn’t show my products. For a sec I thought it was on the way, but on further inspection, I saw it was a digital product. I reached out to their customer support line with a screen shot of my confirmed order and they responded and gave me access to my content. Now I can plan a night and have it available to me at my finger tips. I highly recommend them if you are looking for premade digital D&D campaign content.

I made the mistake of not reading the whole ad. The package comes with a lot of files that are for the purchaser to print. It is not a physical product. That being said, the customer service representatives were thorough, responsive, respectful, and prompt. They assisted me in all of my questions and resolved any problem I had.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed their bundle with 3 date night DnD stories. Romantic stories with some interesting plot twists. Nicely crafted maps and tokens to create the perfect atmosphere. There was no problem playing this with only 2 players. It's equally fun to play as either the protagonist or the DM.

I went to the website to order a map and it was total trash. Could not complete the purchase at all. Wanted to buy but nothing worked.

I had some confusion about the "kit" ffor DnD Date Night being something sent to me or something downloaded. I reached out, and not only was the response prompt, it was also thorough, considerate, and friendly. It was a positive experience in customer service, for starters, and once my wife and I got to playing, we enjoyed ourselves. We're role-players, but not DnD players, so we needed to get familiar with the system before playing (most notably, character building). I thought that Level 3 characters were a good fit for the Midnight Masquerade adventure that we played, and there was enough room in the adventure for us to add our own details and tailor things more to our liking. The NPCs that are included in the system added variety and direction to the social intrigue that serves as the heart of the game. I'm looking forward to the second bundle!

Ich habe ein Produkt gekauft, welches sofort spielbar sein sollte. Leider fehlte der Charakterbogen für den Hauptcharakter. Der Support besteht ausschließlich aus einer KI. Ich habe viele E-Mail mit der KI geschrieben. Am Ende hat sie eingestanden, dass ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Leistung fehlt. Diese aber nach Aufforderung nicht nachgereicht und auch nicht das Geld zurück erstattet. Die KI begann unsere Diskussionen wieder von vorne. Ich finde es sehr schlecht, wenn ein Support ausschließlich von einer KI durchgeführt wird.

So nachdem ich mich bei Trustpilot beschwertet habe wurde reagiert. Keine KI mehr und Geld gab es ebenfalls zurück.
