Ich habe ein Produkt gekauft, welches sofort spielbar sein sollte. Leider fehlte der Charakterbogen für den Hauptcharakter. Der Support besteht ausschließlich aus einer KI. Ich habe viele E-Mail mit der KI geschrieben. Am Ende hat sie eingestanden, dass ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Leistung fehlt. Diese aber nach Aufforderung nicht nachgereicht und auch nicht das Geld zurück erstattet. Die KI begann unsere Diskussionen wieder von vorne. Ich finde es sehr schlecht, wenn ein Support ausschließlich von einer KI durchgeführt wird.

So nachdem ich mich bei Trustpilot beschwertet habe wurde reagiert. Keine KI mehr und Geld gab es ebenfalls zurück.

My only complaint is the obvious one! The first time I downloaded it, I got all the files for the game in a bunch of languages. I emailed customer service and within a day had access to pick and choose what I downloaded. Great work.

The customer service is amazing and couldn't be better. I am not computer savvy and dont have photoshop, regardless they guided me through options and gave very helpful answers not matter how inane my questions may be. I really appreciate them and their guidance and highly recommend them.

First time DND player for both of us. Ended up having office depot print off everything. All products came out just perfect!

Made it through the first couple acts and had a great time! Looking forward to finishing it and moving to the next storyline!

Timely response when I had an issue. The support response was also extremely helpful. It was thorough yet concise, and included a link to their Google drive for the product files so that I could download them more easily.

Great and quick support! I wrote to the support and received a solution within only a few hours.

Horrible. Dont trust these other reviews they're a scam business. The reviews are probably made by them.

Lied about the product and refused a refund. Look ANYWHERE else and there is a plethora of complaints about these guys stealing money by misleading you and taking advantage of people jumping on what appears to be a good offer.

I've gone back and forth requesting a refund and have yet to receive it. They refuse to do anything but a 50 percent refund or another dodgy AI made campaign. Or "tools" to make maps which require other programs to actually use. Its insane that theres any 5 stars on here when everywhere else i've looked absolutely hates these guys for being theives and dishonest.

I haven't told any lies about how you handled this. Yes you might have been respectful in your words but your actions weren't. Be honest to your customers about the product being fully digital. Put it in the photos, put it in the name. D'N'D DIGITAL DATE NIGHT BUNDLE, has a nice ring to it and is much less misleading.

You refused a full refund bottom line, offered 50% refund and a replacement product which you tried to back out of, stating it was either/or. Should i continue talking about how your business is supposedly located at some random house in America despite the fact that the only people managing your page are actually located in 3 completely separate locations, none of which are america. Something doesnt add up, and i'm here to make sure people hear about it before making the same mistake. Your business model is misleading people into a purchase and trying to convince them into wanting your product, and refusing a full refund. If you couldn't do a full refund why did i get one in the end? Because you lied about that too!

Nice try. Pretend to be nice all you like. Being articulate and respectful doesnt hide the fact that you mislead your customers and then try to make it hard for them to get a refund. You refused a full refund at least five times, and you only gave in when i mentioned the suspicious locations and started writing reviews.

Sounds a lot like someone urgently trying to quiet a customer who is onto something. Even if i get the money back you've still kept me waiting for a month and caused unnecessary stress for me during the process.

Maybe next time you'll refund someone when they tell you they don't want a digital product. Instead of making them jump through hoops in hoping they'll just give up and let you keep their money.

Also, these guys blocked me on facebook for encouraging customers to persue a refund. Do your own research. They're clearly hiding any negative reviews to ensure their next victims don't find out.

Falsely advertised!!! I purchased the couples pack thinking it would be a fun 'one shot' to play with my husband on Valentines Day. All three storylines that came with the pack are the same. AI has definitely been involved in the creation of this pack. You can tell. And if they try to tell you no AI has been used they are lying because the links to the Spotify playlists have 'chatgpt' embedded in the URL so you know they were sourced by AI. This is basically a "choose your own adventure" game NOT DnD. DnD mechanics are not able to be used due to the nature of the pre-set story. At least with a one-shot you have some leeway. Not with this. And there are heaps of mistakes too. I could go on and on but my advice is.... steer clear! It's a cool concept but it's sloppily and lazily executed. Money grab rather than any genuine desire to produce a curated playable experience for customers. Go get yourself a proper one-shot instead.

Response to RPGMapsForge Comments- If you haven't used AI in the content creation then you need better staff. Pay me and I'll explain to you all the ways in which the mechanics don't work and could be improved, I will point out the inconsistencies and errors. But I am not doing that work for free. That is what your staff is there for. I've wasted enough of my time and money on this already.

I've purchased multiple products form RPG Maps Forge, beginning in August of 2025, and have been very satisfied. My wife has been as well, as we have been using the Date Night bundles as a fun way to spend time together.

I started with one of the maps bundles, and found it relatively straight forward to use, as long as you already know one of the graphics programs that are supported (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.).

Overall, no complaints, and I will certainly continue to try other RPG Maps Forge products.

I was scrambling for a great tabletop experience to introduce rpg games to my family. This team went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and help me look at the logistics of pulling off the fun family evening I was aiming for.

I bought the date night special bundle and it seems great! It’s perfect for beginners such as me and my partner.

Initially i had a couple questions about the rules and character creation, but the Customer Care Service provided me with a fast and helpful response, so i could start playing the next day. Highly recommend for anyone trying to get into D&D!

I had bought the 1st DnD date night bundle in February and then accidentally deleted the email with the link. The group at Rpgmapsforge were quick in responding and getting me another link to access the content. Thanks again!

Honestly, this has been a fantastic experience. The digital assets sent give me a lot of room for creativity. I got my partner and I the D&D Date Night Bundle (1&2) and printed everything out and organized it all in a binder, and then they even send over 40 oneshots and an ice-themed pack as well for free! Fantastic customer service, interactions with the team have been so so positive, and the quality of the campaigns are amazing. My only complaint is that it doesn't give me a LOT of direction when it comes to the roleplay aspect, but as a now-adult theatre kid, I really should be flexing my improv muscles more often anyways.

The customer service about this product is simply wonderful.
If you have just a small problem, the service staff is always available to help.

5 stars isn’t enough to show what this product is, and 10 stars for customer service. If you and your partner are tired paying $60 for a movie you probably won’t like. Or the same restaurant becoming a chore rather than an a good time. If you’re adventurous give them a try. Excellent products, excellent quality, and superb customer service.

We played the midnight masquerade. We got the digital download and it had everything it came with maps tokens for significant npcs handouts and the module. They even included a Spotify Playlist to set the ambiance. These modules are extremely well planed out and put together we had a really good time together.

I bought the bundle to use in Procreate for creating D&D maps, and overall it works really well.

At first I couldn’t download directly on my iPad, but the support quickly replied to me and sent me a link that worked!

The brushes are easy to use and make it much faster to build terrain, layouts, and general map elements. For map creation specifically they’re very useful and save a lot of time compared to drawing everything manually.

A few brushes needed small adjustments to the settings to work exactly how I wanted, but nothing complicated and they still function properly.

The only thing I noticed is that some objects or assets that could be useful for specific rooms are missing. However, the pack seems clearly designed more for building overall maps rather than highly detailed interiors.

Overall a solid set of brushes that does what it promises and works well with Procreate.

Great customer service, it took a bit but they solved my issues. The quality and quantity of the maps and adventures are both great for the price. Looking forward to getting another bundle whenever we're done with this pack!
