The Real Handbag Shop Reviews

Excellent service by this company.
Website easy to navigate and a quick and efficient delivery.

Bought a handbag and it had a small problem. Dealing with such problems is where you really know how good a company take customer service.
The Real Handbag Shop handled my problem with good business practice and true caring which is quite unusual these days. I can not praise these people ( especially the lady I dealt with )
The hand bag I first got had a manufacturing problem but other than that was perfect. Both handbag's were very stylish and impresses my wife tremendously. Even makes be look good and I'm a bearded, 6 foot very old ex-rugby player.
Seriously, I cannot recommend The Real Bagshp highly enough.

Easy to order adequately packed and arrived relatively quickly...perhaps on improvement could have been an update the the order was being progressed/ gone the dispatch.

The handbag is lovely and I would definitely order from this company again. The delivery was also very quick, and bag was very well packaged.

I have recently been in contact with The Real Handbag Shop with a query and found them to be extremely helpful and polite. I would like to thank Olivia for her patience. I would definitely recommend this company.

Good, efficient service, delivered promptly.
Handbag nice as expected apart from pretty ugly gold coloured zips which don’t work very smoothly instead of usual smooth & subtle sane colour zips.

Very happy with the handbag. Ive been looking for an every day handbag. Ive had Gigi handbag for years now it's still in very good condition. The leather is so soft making it look far more expensive than it was. Excellent service came wrapped in a lovely protective bag. Definitely recommend them

Lovely bag, great quality, plenty of compartments, fits my surface pro in side compartment with plenty of room inside for other items. Delivery was very quick. Would recommend this company.

Lovely ladies leather purse. Beautifully packed. Altogether very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered 2 purses which came promptly. They are very well made & have RFID compartments for cards. Excellent price.

Very quick and accurate service. The bag is lovely matching the website photos. Thank you.

Gutted I spent £200 £140 was on one bag that's was a birthday present for my partner , I open it up and it's covered it pen stains, black grease and another white patchy substance ,with what looks like mold stains on the hardware currently waiting for customer service to answer so that I can get a refund for this bag that belongs in the bin! Gutted 😞

I'm delighted with the bag.

Beautiful handbag, packed and delivered promptly. Love the gold tone embellishments. Lovely soft leather. Actually has pen and lipstick compartments too
