SO impressed with customer service

I am so pleasantly surprised by my experience with Realisation Par's customer service! Went above and beyond to resolve an issue, and I received such excellent customer service - better than the majority of companies I've ordered from. I already liked the clothing, but this experience has made me appreciate the brand now, knowing that I can trust their customer service team with all of my orders moving forward.

I am very impressed with Hannah, one of the managers at the company. I had a problem with a couple of returns that she resolved so well, going above and beyond. While it's disappointing that I had order issues, she really made things so much better and changed my experience as a customer.

With other companies, it seems that it's the norm to make the customer jump through hoops to navigate situations like this, even when the company is at fault. My customer service experience felt very personal, and I never had to push or make my case.

I placed two orders last fall and experienced issues with both, which I understand can happen. Being accustomed to companies not holding themselves accountable for order issues, I opened a dispute with PayPal to make the process easier. RP made no issue of it and simply requested that I mail back the items for a refund. I mailed back both orders and had to purchase return labels since RP does not provide them.

I went on a long trip and got ill shortly after, so a few months went by before I realized to check for the refund. I saw it hadn't gone through, and I contacted RP to review it. To my surprise, I didn't have to push or fight to speak with a manager or someone higher up in the customer service department. Hannah, a manager, immediately took care of it - asking for the order information, my shipping receipt, and she took care of the rest.

Had it been any other company, I know it would have been an uphill battle. I've had numerous situations where it would take me months of back and forth to get a refund for an order that was recently returned. In this case, I would have had to explain why I hadn't noticed earlier and probably wouldn't have gotten management involved so soon.

It had been nearly 5-6 months since the order was placed and returned, so their system was no longer able to refund the order directly. Instead, she looked for a solutation and had the finance team send me payments via PayPal to compensate me for my return and to repay me for shipping costs. And she made sure to check if it went through.

I understand that mistakes can happen with warehouses and fulfillment. The way RP handled it and took accountability has really earned my trust. It feels rare nowadays for a company to take responsibility and try to make their problems easier on a customer.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this…

I’ve had nothing but problems with this company, and at this point I feel obligated to warn others.

I recently received an exchange order, and once again, they sent the wrong item in the wrong size. I returned the incorrect item at my own expense month ago, they still haven’t refunded me.

This isn’t a one-time issue — almost every second order I’ve placed with them has had some kind of mistake. In the past, they’ve also failed to pick up returned packages, which meant I had to pay to send things back multiple times. The level of disorganization and lack of responsibility is extremely frustrating.

It’s now been months, and I’m still waiting to get my money back. The customer service is unhelpful, and they never take proper accountability for their repeated errors.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a dress the 1st of april

I ordered a dress the 1st of april, over one and a half month ago. I still haven’t received any shipping updates or answer from customer service. I got a reply that I would be forwarded to the European team, but after that total silence. I tried to email twice after that but no answer. It’s really frustrating. Especially when you order something quite expensive, you expect it to arrive at least within two weeks. I’m very sad and disappointed, and hope this can be resolved!

Dresses are beautiful but quality is lacking just a bit

I love the patterns of the RP dresses and that they’re made mostly out of 100% silk.
I wish some of the dresses were double lined or made with removable lining because some of them are just a bit too thin.
Costumer service does answer. I sent them an fyi email to let them know that my packaging was broken and they did acknowledge it, which I appreciated. Made the brand seem small and approachable. And they also answered on this platform. Thank you for that.

Realisation Par is a scammy company made up of gaslighters.

I ordered two dresses from this company and they shipped me someone else’s order. I provided photo evidence that this was the case. They told me that I had to ship the incorrect order back to them at my expense, which goes against USA FTC legislation (!). They wouldn’t even provide their own return label, for an error that was their warehouse’s mistake! I’m very knowledgeable about the laws: they do this so they can claim they never received my return, FOR RECEIVING A DRESS I NEVER ORDERED.

After reading the reviews on this site about how Realisation refuses to refund people who have returned their merchandise, I cannot recommend this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Beyond disappointed with the customer…

Absolutely unacceptable experience – I’m furious.

I placed an order for a dress from Realisation par over a month ago, and the last update I received was on March 20th. Since then, radio silence. I’ve emailed and messaged multiple times, only to receive generic, copy-paste replies like “someone will look into it” – and then nothing. No follow-up, no information, no resolution.

I needed this dress for an important event this week, and thanks to their complete lack of communication and customer care, I’m left with nothing. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

you’ve dropped the ball entirely. I want a full refund and I still expect my dress to be delivered. At the very least, I expect an actual human to reach out and take responsibility for this mess. This kind of treatment is completely unprofessional and unbelievably disappointing.

A disingenuous company

I love the clothes as it's so hard to find nice pieces in good quality material. Its just such a shame that they are aren't fully transparent about their practises as I don't feel comfortable buying from them if I don't know how their clothes are made and how quality they really are (pontificating about crepe de chine does not count) and what their impact on the planet is. So many trendy companies get away with poor practise because they are more expensive than typical fast fashion and realisation par is no different. Given the price of the items I was waiting for the sale to buy a dress, only to see that the price had been raised prior to the sale so I would be spending more money than I had planned. I was also shocked by the £9 postage fee which seems absolutely ridiculous for a small mini dress. I can't imagine what additional services are being covered by the extortionate postage price, it feels rather that I was being scammed by this company at every step of the way. The size guide is also really annoying. There are often multiple models so its not clear who is being referred to in the description (although I appreciate that the model heights and sizes are given as this is useful), and all the length measurements of the dress are from the 'centre neck' which obviously changes with each dress and is an unreliable measure. I also think it's bad practise to not have customer reviews on the item listings. Reviews are essential for customers. This is such as shame as their clothes are so pretty.

Bought two dresses and was very looking…

Bought two dresses and was very looking forward to receiving them, but after a long period of silence was told they are sold out and gave me options to choose a different dress or get a refund. I replied to the email immediately requesting a different dress as I like the design. After several more days of silence, I receive the completely irrelevant email telling me that I cannot return an item or something that is completely not related. It has been now a very long time since my order, I have not received my dresses nor have I got my money. I really want to speak to someone, but there is no customer service phone numbers. Please send me my addresses as I’m looking forward to them.

Don't buy anything unless you know you…

Don't buy anything unless you know you are going to keep it as they do not give refunds on discounted items, I wish I looked at the trust piolet reviews before purchasing!

Also, the quality of the dresses I ordered did not match the price, that's why I wanted to return them.
This seems like it's against the UK consumer rights, so I am not sure how they are getting away with this, but doesn't seem right.

Schöne Kleider aber Preis/Leistung ist nicht gut

Ich finde die Kleider alle sehr schön, und ich finde es toll, dass sie aus 100% Seide sind. Leider kam das Kleid lediglich in einer Plastik Tüte an, was ich nicht erwartet habe, da die Kleidung so teuer ist. Außerdem ist der Stoff immer sehr dünn. Für den Preis leider nicht was ich erwartet hätte.

They’ve got really terrible customer…

They’ve got really terrible customer service. A few months ago I ordered a dress that didn’t fit me right and I wanted to return it, I wrote once if I could return it without the original packaging and I received a reply; however, when I filed a return request it went unanswered. I sent two follow-up emails that too were left unanswered. In the end I decided to go to the store and I was told that realisationpar the store and the website were two different things and that you can’t return an item bought online into the store in the same way that you can’t return online if you bought physically, which in my opinion is a stupid way to conduct business.
It’s a real shame that a company with such great dresses and clothes has such horrible customer service, I will never shop again.

Poor Chinese factory workers and shitty customer service

This is gunna be a long one gals……

Found this brand on Instagram during the cosmos sale and purchased two garments #1 the Gia dress in python and #2 the Theodora candy stripe dress both in a size medium, I searched high and low for reviews on sizing as their website is not that straightforward adding that ( I am a dress maker) as a side hustle so I know the standard sizing and what I’m looking at, US conversions ect…. Anyhow using the size chart from the website I went with the medium sizes as I’m usually an 8-10 in standard sizing which is stated on their website, I have a small bust at 36inch/86cm large hips at 40 inch/101cm broad shoulders and tiny waist at 29inch/73cm and I’m 5.2ft. (For reader’s reference) Received my items the Theodora fitted perfectly however unfortunately question the silk composition though, The Gia just seemed to be a poorly made design the sleeves were tight at first I thought it was my build as again broad shoulders however once measuring the dress and comparing it to the size chart on their website I would say in my opinion that it was labelled wrongly in the factory as the dress labelled M measured in at an XS. I also seen on tik tok lots of people had the same issue either the dress would be too tight or too loose so again it’s either poorly made when it comes to the factory pattern making and composition/ e.g make up and labelling or the size guide they offer is way off and they need to rethink it, personally I think it’s both. Now when I reached out about this issue they told me to return the dress HOWEVER they wanted me to pay the postage they also “stated” that they measure the garments once on a model and not lying flat, this argument is an untrue statement and certainly a bold one as if you have a non stretch garment which the Gia has no stretch, the measurements will be the same regardless of whether it’s on a model or not. now all aussies know that international postage is not cheap so I tried to argue the fact of postage costs as I shouldn’t have to put myself out of pocket for the faulty item. Even taking this dispute to PayPal in which might I add realisations service team would only respond to PayPal just at the last seconds to minutes so they wouldn’t get in trouble or have to reimburse me for example- PayPal gave realisation until the 1st of Jan 25 to respond to me they literally left their response till the 11.59pm of December 31st now if this isn’t childish and dodgey behaviour I don’t know what is. This battle is still ongoing but my warning to all shoppers is that if you have an issue with your order just bare in mind the pettiness of the brand as they charge designer prices but have the service of Qantas airlines. Perfect example of these start up brands that charge huge prices trying to compete with the big leagues but fall short on product quality and customer service like not responding to any of my follow up emails either. adding also that they state their dresses are silk on the website but with further inspection they only state silk in the description box not in the “about the fabric” title so makes me wonder if they are as sustainable as they make out. Yes they have some really feminine designs but as a lover of fashion and most importantly customer rights this brand is certainly a Pandora’s box. (Would love to attach photos but don’t think I’m allowed) shoppers be ware.

Customer service can take some time, but they are helpful

I bought the Gia dress during the full moon sale. I received the dress in a different print and size- turns out there was an order mixup and I got someone else's order. I contacted CS about this, sending screenshots of my order confirmation as well as what I received in the parcel.
It did take some back and forth and I was asked to send additional images, and the communication took some time (I had to chase after 4 days of silence). However, the CSA was really helpful, and offered a full refund when we saw the dress I ordered was out of stock and even sent a small discount code for the hassle.
Must admit that the process was stressful at first, but I'm really happy with the outcome. They are reachable and helpful when they can, I had the feeling that they must be a small team which may explain the response rate. I hope the other girls got their order fixed as well.

So sad - poor return

So sad! Shitty return possibilities due ''promotion code used'' Company breaking the law. A company should inform buyer if they can't return with full refund if they use a promotion code before they make a purchase. I am so furious! Would not recommend this company.

I would avoid shopping here

I would avoid shopping here, I recently made an online purchase and noticed they use UPS as a courier. Given how bad UPS perform I was extremely skeptical to place an order, but I thought I would give UPS one more chance. How I regret it.

Contacted UPS in an effort to avoid any potential delivery issues, like checking to see if they have all the necessary delivery information and they absolutely DO NOT, and they will not be delivering my package on time.

I dont care who's fault it is, any company that uses UPS is a joke as far as Im concerned, also theres ZERO customer support, not sure about the products themselves but at this point I just regret ordering from anyone that uses UPS/

Love love love all my RP! 💋💋

I got the Gia in the red rose print last year and have worn it multiple times. The style is so flattering and comfortable and so easy to style casually and dressy!

And just received the Penelope in the choccy python and Odette top in the black . Wore the dress on Friday night and felt so amazing and cannot wait to wear the top with my cut off denims and dress it up with a skirt!

Poor quality after sale service and poor quality dresses.

For a service that charges this much for poor quality dresses, (290€ a dress for bad stiches !) it would be good to have an efficient after sales service. I’ve been explaining my problem 3 times and I’m still receiving the same pre-recorded message (which doesn’t answer my problem).

I should have listen to all the bad reviews.

I will never buy anything from this store again.
