Sorry for our mistake.
Even with the best will in the world.
Mistakes can happen!
100% fantastic with my new phone.
The Trade in side is where it went wrong.
But have to say they got to the bottom of issue with a call back from a manager within a couple if hours and fully rectified the issue.
Would I use them again and recommend to family and friends?
I already have with 2 more happy customers.

AAlmost new Samsung S23+
Purchased an almost new Samsung S23+. in my opinion, you would have thought it was brand new, although they're not in the original box, it came with everything I needed to get started and I have had no issues (had the phone over a month) Delivery was quick, kept
upto date with order information.

iPhone SE 3rd generation
I bought the iPhone SE 3rd generation after my 2nd gen was lost.
It came amazingly quickly with in 2 days of ordering on an evening. The phone was as new, no scratches or mark, a lightning lead was supplied as standard, I've had it over 2 months now and it's been faultless. The price was £150, more than 1/2 the price less than a new SE, I don't know how they can do it and guarantee the phone for 1 month free.
I also applaud their environmental ethos by planting 5 trees for every phone they sell and recycling perfectly good phones without adding to the mountains of E-waste just because many phone users throw away their phones for the latest superphone just to be fashionable.
If I could give Reboxed 10 0r more stars I happily would, It's a win for me, a win for them and a win for the environment.
