The refurbished items were as wished for.
The refurbished items were competitively priced and the ordering process straightforward (in my case an iPhone). Delivery was good and timely and the packaging was very good. And a bonus, five trees were planted. All round a service I would highly recommend.

No brainer!
Was a tad dubious at first, thinking I might receive an obviously second user phone but I took the gamble and absolutely delighted that I did. The phone received was immaculate and was reset to factory defaults, so couldn’t tell it from a brand new phone, except not in is original box, but in their own good quality and well protected box. I highly recommend this company from an ethical point of view and also the amazing value for money. I highly recommend this company and will purchase further phones from them without hesitation. Rather than paying an overinflated price from the airtime providers I can now go for a sim only contract and save £30+ per month. Win. Win!

My Samsumg S24 arrived exactly as described in good time. The price was excellent and over £100 cheaper than buying it new. There wasn't a choice of colours but since I put a protective cover on it this doesn't matter at all to me. Highly recommend Reboxed.

Bargain Tech in the Cost of Living Crisis!
For many, the cost-of-living crisis has made the decision-making process of high-tech purchases even more stressful. However, I'm pleased to discover there's really little reason to buy a brand-new phone when you can find a refurbished, high-grade handset from Reboxed. I saved several hundred pounds on a handset described as "good condition" - but I think that was an understatement; on arrival it looked almost new. Packaged securely in a recycled slim box, the phone arrived via special delivery, complete with a free Smarty SIM card and the latest software update on the handset. From now on, Reboxed will be my first call for a new phone. I look forward to buying from them again!

Fantastic service
