Rebus - Trusted Mortgage Advice Reviews 

I'm on a tier 2 visa and there is a lot of conflicting advice on the internet about mortgage eligibility for visa holders. I contacted Rebus earlier this year to get some advice on whether or not I can get a mortgage. Lee was very helpful and there was no pressure to use their services. I did contact them back when I was ready to put in an offer and Lee and Joy have been brilliant right from the start. I had to withdraw from the first sale, revise the mortgage in principle and reapply the mortgage on a second property and even that was done within 2 days. As a first time buyer I barely struggled with the house buying process. Joy followed up with solicitors and estate agents and gave me weekly updates on what's going on. Highly recommend Rebus as a mortgage advisor!

Where to even begin, I first contacted Rebus when I had come across an ad that said they help people like my self on a visa. I spoke to Ben Taylor whom is an absolute pleasure to deal with at first we did not qualify for a lender to provide a morgage as our time in the UK was too short.

Once we were here long enough I contacted Ben again and to my surprise Ben remembered everything about our discussion months earlier, He got straight to work and came back to me with in 2 days and to our absolute happiness we qualified this time round.
