Really useful and thoughtful process. It’s nice to find a service that helps with protecting the environment from cartridges. It would’ve been nice to have an option to donate to a charity that wasn’t among the available options.

Very easy to print out a label and send them my empty cartridges. I was more than happy that they generated £19.00 which is more than I thought they would, to be donated to my favourite charity.

I used to love it when you provided me with an envelope. Now I have to find an envelope, print your label, sellotape it on, before I can post it. What a faff!

This is an excellent website to recycle old ink cartridges. It doesn’t cost anything and they give money to your favourite named charity. What’s not to like about that?

Easy to list cartridges and send off. I delivered to the post office on Saturday and had email confirming donation to my chosen cause on the Monday. Very quick!
