Always a reliable company
Always a reliable company, the only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to the inconsistencies with timing. Sometimes busses are perfectly on time and sometimes they’re like 45 minutes off in the middle of the ride. Nonetheless RedCoach is always there even with early rides and late night ones.

It was extremely too cold I was perfectly fine until I rode this bus and became sick with a cold so bad my head was hurting for days my body was sore I had a fever got back on the bus to go home and it’s even worse it’s cold outside and freezing on the bus I hate it never riding again.

The RedCoach bus from Naples to MIA…
The RedCoach bus from Naples to MIA Airport never arrived leaving 10 to 15 people stranded. I had to pay a very small amount $60 to a family member of one other person stranded to drive us to the MIA airport, thankfully avoiding an uber that would have cost $200. I had made over 30 calls to Redcoach, sent the receipt for the $60 paid, and every time I call I’m either told they can’t take my call or that the claim has to be approved to cal again. Today I was told to resubmit The receipt as a PDF, I’m insulted and aggravated. What can I do to get reimbursed?

Confusing Fees, No Support
I had a frustrating experience with RedCoach due to unclear booking practices and lack of customer support.
During checkout, I was charged $25 for an extra bag—even though the ticket already includes two bags. This was not clearly disclosed in the booking flow, and the trip details page does not mention the included bags. I realized the mistake immediately after purchase and tried to contact customer service via phone and chat, but couldn’t reach anyone. I followed up by email twice and never received a response.
Additionally, the “Premium Economy” seating is misleadingly marketed. The seats felt cramped (and I’m petite), and the advertised footrest was not actually usable.
Overall, the experience felt frustrating and poorly supported. I would strongly encourage clearer communication during booking and more responsive customer service.
