If you want a stress free ride DONT do it
The bus was 40 minutes late, there was a leak on the roof dripping yellow liquid into the seats, every seat in the bus was full and even though no one was getting off at Ocala they still made the 30 minutes stop. I had a flight at Orlando that I needed to get to and this just caused so much unnecessary stress. I usually do FlixBus but for this trip I decided to take the expensive bus and treat myself, never again. So not worth it!!!

Great trip, clean bus and super nice bus drivers.
I have no complaints about my roundtrip ride. The bus arrived about 10- 15 minutes late upon departure, but that was due to the traffic that was beyond their control. I was able to track the bus from the app, which made it so much better. We had about 5 passengers on the bus so it was nice and quiet and enjoyable. We arrived early with no problems and the bus was nice and clean. Upon return home, the bus was left right on time, we arrived a little earlier then expected, the bus was clean, and the driver was so nice and sweet . We had no issues and I'm glad I decided to ride RedCoach for the first time. I will definitely be riding again.

I like the driver very polite and gentlement but with too many hours they need to do one stop just 30 minutes that we stand up I know is not easy but they really need to do it for people legs and the driver need to stretch out a little bit more.

The bus from Naples to Miami airport…
The bus from Naples to Miami airport 11:55, 3/14/26 never arrived, letting all the passengers stranded . Called Customer Service several times never was able to speak to anybody. Absolutely inexcusable, terrible company, doesn’t send the bus and ignores the calls. I’m anxious to see who will pay my car to Miami plus the refund of the bus ticket.

My daughter had a 7am bus ride from…
My daughter had a 7am bus ride from Tallahassee to Fort Lauderdale on today 3/14/2026. It is currently 12:25pm and the bus still HAS NOT arrived for the pick up. The website does not have tracking for this particular ride so no one knows when it is arriving and my child is just out there waiting for hours. called customer service and the first lady Audrey out me on hold for 15 minutes and then the second person told me that the bus should arrive by 12pm because the driver was delayed. There is NO COMMUNICATION to the patrons that are still waiting for said bus. We want answers and resolution. This is unprofessional and inconsiderate for a company!!!!!!

Travel service between Austin and Dallas is HORRIBLE
Your bus service between Austin and Dallas is terrible. Never reliable time shifting, mechanical issue, hours of delay to name a few issues that the students faces while travelling between Austin and Dallas. On top of that getting money back for the trip that got delayed or cancelled never happens.
I think these issues needs to be reported to some authorities.

Ride was pleasant
Ride was pleasant, driver was helpful. Bus was clean. We accidentally got off the bus early in Tallahassee because bus was late to our intended arrival, this was a problem at 9 pm at night.

The buses are very good but the seats would be more comfortable if you could raise the leg rest a little, because I feel the seats a little high, for me, and being able to use the leg rest would make the trip much more comfortable.
