Always reliable and very comfortable experience every time I take Red Coach. It's even assuring seeing the same driver's friendly face on my route and is always accompanied by his/her's top level service, in addition to a a very smooth ride for a great price.

Bus arrived 15 minutes early. Check in was fast and easy. Seat was very comfortable and specious. Ride from Houston to Dallas was smooth and enjoyable. We arrived in Dallas 9 minutes early.

The Redbus need to do upgrade on current buses or invest in new buses. First bus ride was on Carribean bus not Redbus as we had planned.The Orlando bus stop building needs immediate upgrades, noted soiled brown ceiling, need to invest in at least two restroom stalls for men and women, increase sitting area outside of office. The recliner for legs on Redbus were uncomfortable. Redbus had engine leak on the way from Fort Lauderdale on 3/8/2026, we had to wait an hour to change to Carribean bus. Confusion regarding seating assignment. Poor phone customer service, no one answered call on Sunday morning, 3/8/2026. Thanks

Great ride
Bus driver was very nice and reminded everyone to not talk loud and interrupt people resting. Unlike other times two times I took the bus the guy next to me was on his phone so loud, and then two girls behind me wouldn’t stop talking about Jesus. Overall good experience and we stopped at a gas station for 7 minutes and still managed to get dropped off at the exact time.

Just one small criticism- considering the seat was business class, there was no cup holder or place to hold an open drink which I could have done with.
