Unhappy customer

They do not address your concerns. You can write messages and they never call back. Also the ride is very uncomfortable, the bus shakes the entire time. It makes resting impossible. And they are always late with no compensation.

Return trip was horrible

Going it was okay, when I got on the first bus it was smooth. Coming home on the next bus it started off cool because it was cold in Frisco Tx but after 71 miles out, the temperature changed. The bus was 25 minutes late so I guess she couldn’t do a stop like the other bus did because she had a time limit. The temperature went from 47 to 74, so the heat was on full blast the whole time. I called support to see if they could get in touch with her because I didn’t want to bother her while driving. 40 minutes went by so I walked up there to ask if she could please turn the heat off or down, she said she couldn’t because that would mean she’ll have to stop the bus and she’s not stopping at all. It was so miserable for a lot of us on there. Most of us were sweating for about 115 miles.

First class bus

First class bus was great the seats were very nice. The bus was clean and the driver was very nice. I traveled from Tallahassee to Orlando. The only improvement I would suggest it you have at least one rest stop so people could go to the bathroom.

I am a senior citizen and Request for Compensation Due to Service Issuesa mother of…

I am a senior citizen and a mother of five, and I specifically chose your service after seeing that a senior citizen discount was offered on your website. Unfortunately, when I completed my booking, the promised discount was not applied.

Additionally, I arranged for an Uber to drop me off at the pickup address listed on your website. After arriving and waiting for about five minutes, I was informed that the pickup location had been changed and that the bus was also delayed. This unexpected change created a major inconvenience for me. I had to pay for another Uber to take me to the new location, which resulted in additional expenses.

Because of the delay and the change in pickup location, I unfortunately missed an important appointment in Dallas. This situation was both stressful and costly.

Given these circumstances, I respectfully request that you review my experience and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses I incurred. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

We'd like to clarify a couple of things. Our senior discount is available at the time of booking and must be applied by the passenger when selecting the type of travelers — it is not automatically added at checkout. We'd encourage you to take advantage of it on your next trip!

Regarding the stop change — the pickup location was temporarily relocated due to a city marathon, a circumstance entirely outside of our control. We understand this created an inconvenience and we're truly sorry for the added stress, especially given the delay.

Terrible service

Tried whats app, a call, email. Got no help or response and missed our bus as the pick up place was different than where we were dropped off. Had to procure different way home and never did get a customer service response or refund.

Per their response, No their team did not get in touch or make any refund.

My initial trip had to be switched…

My initial trip had to be switched because the driver left earlier than the scheduled pickup time. Additionally, the bus tracker was not accurate. I arrived 45 minutes early and monitored the tracker to determine when to get off and wait at the bus stop, especially since seating was limited.The tracker showed the bus remaining at the Fort Lauderdale location until departure. As a result, we continued driving around the airport to check for its arrival. On our final loop, as we approached noon, we arrived at the pickup location at 11:57 a.m. and saw the bus pulling away.Fortunately, I was accommodated on the next bus; however, I did not arrive in Tampa until 9:10 p.m., which was far from ideal. The company should work on ensuring the bus tracker is accurate and provide timely updates to avoid miscommunication and inconvenience for passengers.

Ive been waiting for two weeks for a response from customer service about refunding one of my trips due to such an unsatisfactory experience and every single time I call or email, no one seems to have a response. This feels so unprofessional

Excellent service

Excellent service! The bus was clean and looks well kept. Bus was on time in Cypress and arrived on time at UT. The bus driver was very courteous and greeted each passenger personally and respectfully. I felt safe and would definitely use their services again.

We love Red Coach. Our oldest daughter used it to travel from UT Austin back to Cypress, Texas to visit us until she finally got a parking spot at her apartment 6 months later.
